If a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack, or advances a new Level 1 Silver or above outside of the incentive period, are they still eligible to earn a Plexus-branded North Face jacket?

No, if a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack or advances a new Level 1 Silver or above prior to December 1, 2022, 12:00 a.m. US ET or after December 31, 2022, 11:59pm US ET, they will not qualify for this incentive.

Upgrades

Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn in the Warm Up to 2023 Incentive?

If someone upgrades to a Brand Ambassador during the month of December, they will be eligible. 

Can any of the newly advanced Silvers or above or new VIP Customers from the Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive?

No, All new sign ups or new Silver or above advancements need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1.

Sign Ups

If I have a rank advancement of a Silver or above, does it need to be one of my new sign ups from this month?

No, as long as it is a new Level 1 advancement, it doesn’t matter when the person signed up. 

Example: If John signed up in March of 2018 and always maintained VIP status and converts to a Brand Ambassador and rank advances to Silver during December, they would qualify as a new rank advancement.

Am I able to combine my main and re-entry account or spouse account new sign ups on both accounts combined to earn the North Face jacket?

No, you are unable to combine sign ups and/or advancements with multiple accounts to qualify to earn a North Face jacket. You can earn a maximum of 2 Plexus-branded North Face jackets per account.

Example: If Sam has a main Diamond Account and signs up 2 new VIPs and then signs up 1 new VIP under her Gold re-entry, Sam will not qualify for the North Face jacket, as sign ups cannot be combined to earn.

Can I earn more than one Plexus-branded North Face jacket if I have 2 different accounts?

Yes, you can earn the North Face jacket on both accounts. You can earn a maximum of 2 North Face jackets per account.

Example: If Jen has a main Diamond Account and signs up 3 new VIP Customers in December and also signs up 3 new VIP Customers on her Ruby Re-entry account, Jen will also earn a North Face jacket on her re-entry account, totaling 2 Plexus-branded North Face jackets between both accounts.

Will re-entry accounts be eligible to earn the North Face jacket during the Warm Up to 2023 incentive?

Yes, re-entry accounts will be eligible to participate in this incentive.

Does compression apply for the Warm Up to 2023 incentive?

No, compression does not apply to rank advancements or sign ups.

If a person signed up prior to the start of this incentive, but did not place an order for a welcome pack or an order with PV until December, would the person still count towards earning the North Face jacket?

As long as the person places a qualifying welcome pack order or an initial $100 USD purchase in December, they will count towards earning the North Face jacket.

Example: If Kelly signed up on November 30 but did not place a welcome pack order or a $100 USD initial purchase until December, she would still count as a sign up for the North Face jacket.

If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning the North Face jacket?

Yes, as long as the person living in any of these countries purchases a welcome pack or places an initial order of at least $100 USD equivalent.

If I became a VIP Customer in December and signed up people under me, then upgraded to a Brand Ambassador later in the month, would those people I signed up as a VIP Customer qualify towards earning the North Face jacket?

Any enrollments you make as a VIP Customer or a Brand Ambassador during the calendar month would count towards earning the North Face jacket as long as you upgrade to a Brand Ambassador during the month of December.

Can 2 orders be combined to equal the $100 USD minimum purchase requirement?

No, combining 2 orders to equal $100 USD will not be permitted for this incentive.

Can someone enroll and rank advance to qualify in both areas in the same month for Warm Up to 2023?

Yes, during this incentive, this person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement.

Example: If Stacey signed up 3 VIP Customers in December and one of them also rank advanced to Silver in the same month, that person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement for Stacey.

Does the Plexus Leads Program count toward this incentive?

No, the Plexus Leads Program will not count for this incentive.

Am I still eligible for Warm Up to 2023 if I am not commissions qualified and don’t place an order of $100 USD this month?

No, Brand Ambassadors are not eligible for Warm Up to 2023 if they are not commissions qualified and do not place an order of $100 USD in December.  

How will a Brand Ambassador know if they earned the Plexus-branded North Face jacket for the Warm Up to 2023 incentive?

A congratulatory email will be sent to those who qualify on a weekly basis, starting the week of December 12, 2022, and each following week.

How do I redeem my North Face jacket that I earned?

When you receive your Congratulatory email, you will receive a unique link in the body of the Congrats email that will redirect you to the vendor’s redemption portal website. This is where you will select the jacket you prefer and input your shipping details.

Is there a deadline by which I have to claim my North Face jacket?

Yes, you will have until February 28, 2023 to select and redeem your North Face jacket.

Will there be a cash alternative option available instead of the Plexus-branded North Face jacket?

No cash alternative option will be available.

If I do not like any of the North Face jacket options that are offered, can I select another North Face item or another type of jacket?

No, unfortunately, you will only be able to select a jacket from the available options on the vendor’s website portal.

Will I be able to redeem a North Face jacket without the Plexus branding?

No, all North Face jackets available for redemption will be Plexus-branded.

If I live in Puerto Rico, am I able to redeem the North Face jacket(s) I earned?

If you have earned a North Face jacket and you live in Puerto Rico, you will instead receive a payment of $150 USD in your account for each jacket that you earn.

Will there be a weekly updated Earners List for Warm Up to 2023?

Yes, there will be a weekly updated Earners List in the Recognition Digest that is emailed every Friday.

Can we have the accounts that qualify for this incentive added to the Qualifiers List so there is no guesswork?

No, unfortunately, this will not be available.

Am I able to use my link more than once?

All links are a one-time use. Once they have been successfully redeemed, they cannot be used again.

If I earned 2 North Face Jackets, can I select them in the same transaction?

No. if you have earned 2 North Face Jackets, you must complete 2 separate transactions, as the system does not allow for 2 unique codes to be used at check out.

Will I be able to change my address or shipping method after I place my order?
