Go To Nashville Convention Contest [NZ]

• Earn 20 Sign Up Credits when you personally sign up a new VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase.
• Earn 40 Prize Credits for each monthly incentive prize for which you qualify (maximum of 80 Prize Credits per month).

• You will earn 15 Sign Up credits for each new VIP Customer who your physical paid level 1 Brand Ambassador signs up with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase.
• You will earn 30 Prize Credits for each monthly incentive prize for which your physical paid level 1 Brand Ambassador qualifies (maximum of 60 Prize Credits per month).

• You will earn 10 Sign Up credits for each new VIP Customer who your physical paid level 2 Brand Ambassador signs up with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase. 
• You will earn 20 Prize Credits for each monthly incentive prize for which your physical paid level 2 Brand Ambassador qualifies (maximum of 40 Prize Credits per month).

• You will earn 5 Sign Up Credits for each new VIP Customer who your physical paid levels 3 and 4 Brand Ambassadors sign up with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase.
• You will earn 10 Prize Credits for each monthly incentive prize for which your physical paid levels 3 and 4 Brand Ambassadors qualify. (Maximum of 20 Prize Credits per month).

Can someone enroll and rank advance in the same month to count towards their Sponsor earning both a second incentive prize and Prize Credits?

Yes, this person can count as both an enrollment and rank advancement for their Sponsor.

Example: If Stacey signed up 3 new VIP Customers in January and one of them also rank advanced to Silver in the same month, that person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement towards Stacey earning the incentive prize and Prize Credits

Regarding Prize Credits earned for a second monthly incentive prize where a level 1 sign up rank advances to Silver or above, does this person need to be one of my new signups from this month?

No. This person can be either a new level 1 sign up or an existing Brand Ambassador, it doesn’t matter when the person signed up. 

Ex: If John signed up in March of 2018 and always maintained VIP status, then converts to a Brand Ambassador and rank advances to Silver in January for the first time, they would qualify as a new rank advancement.

Would I earn Sign Up Credits and/or Prize Credits for every paid level 1-4 downline, or only for those who I personally signed up during the contest period?

You would earn Sign Up Credits and/or Prize Credits for all qualifying enrollments that your paid level 1-4 Brand Ambassadors sign up during the contest.

Is there a limit to the number of Prize Credits we can earn?

Yes, each Brand Ambassador is allowed to earn Prize Credits for up to 2 monthly incentive prizes each month.

Is there a limit to the number of Sign-Up Credits we can earn?

There is no limit; you will earn Sign Up Credits for each new VIP Customer you sign up during this contest.

Will I receive Prize Credits for the monthly incentive prizes that my Brand Ambassadors on paid levels 5 and beyond earn?

No, you will only receive Prize Credits for the monthly incentive prizes that your Brand Ambassadors on paid levels 1-4 earn.

Will I earn Sign Up Credits for the new VIP Customers that my Brand Ambassadors on paid levels 5 and beyond sign up?

No, you will only earn Sign Up Credits for the new VIP Customers that your Brand Ambassadors on paid levels 1-4 sign up.

Will I lose credits if I am not commission qualified in any given month?

If a Brand Ambassador is not commissions qualified in a particular month, they will not earn any prizes during that month.

Do I earn credits on my physical or paid levels?

Credits are earned on your paid levels 1-4. However, credits are tracked based on physical levels throughout the month and then recalculated at the end of the month based on your paid levels.

Yes.  If a Brand Ambassador’s new VIP Customer returns their $100 USD initial order or welcome pack and drops below a qualifying order requirement during the contest period, the Brand Ambassador’s number of Sign-Up Credits will be reduced.

Ex: Lindsay is a Brand Ambassador who signed up Ashley as a new VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase.  Lindsay received 20 Sign Up Credits for Ashley.  Shortly after Ashley became a VIP Customer, she decided to return the welcome pack she purchased.  As a result, 20 Sign Up Credits were deducted from Lindsay’s account because Ashley did not meet the necessary qualifying order requirement as a new VIP Customer.

Am I still eligible to accrue credits for the Go to Nashville Contest if I am not commissions qualified?

Brand Ambassadors will only be able to accumulate credits during the months in which they are currently commissions qualified.

Ex: During the contest, Rachel is commissions qualified in January, March, and April, but she is not commissions qualified in February. Therefore, she will not accrue credits in February.

Does the Plexus Leads Program count toward this contest?

No, the Plexus Leads Program will not count for this contest.

Can 2 orders be combined to equal the $100 USD minimum purchase requirement?

No, combining 2 orders to equal $100 USD will not be permitted for the duration of this contest.

If I became a VIP Customer in January and signed up people under me, then upgraded to a Brand Ambassador later in the month, would those people I signed up as a VIP Customer qualify towards earning Sign Up Credits?

Any enrollments you make as a VIP Customer or a Brand Ambassador in a calendar month would count towards earning Sign Up Credits as long as you upgrade to a Brand Ambassador during same the month in which you enrolled the VIP Customers.

If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning Sign Up Credits?

Yes, as long as the person living in any of these countries purchases a welcome pack or places an initial order of at least $100 USD equivalent. However, only Brand Ambassadors in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are eligible to earn credits and redeem prizes in this contest.

If a person signed up prior to the start of this contest, but did not place an order for a welcome pack or an order with PV until January, would the person still count towards earning Sign Up Credits?

As long as the person places a qualifying welcome pack order or an initial $100 USD purchase during the contest period, they will count towards earning Sign Up Credits.

Ex: If Kelly signed up on December 30 but did not place a welcome pack order or a $100 USD initial purchase until January, she would still count as a sign up for the Go to Nashville Contest.

Does compression apply for this contest?

Yes, compression does apply for this contest. However, due to compression, the credits you earn in a given month may fluctuate.  

Do Brand Ambassadors have to earn both Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits to participate in this contest?

No, Brand Ambassadors do not have to earn both types of credits in order to qualify for the Convention prizes.  However, if they sign up enough VIP Customers to earn some of the monthly incentive prizes from January through April, they will automatically earn Prize Credits.

Will re-entry accounts be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits during the Go to Nashville Contest?

Yes, re-entry accounts will be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits in this contest.  Although Brand Ambassadors must earn Plexus Prizes separately on their re-entry and main accounts, they will have the option of combining credits from both types of accounts towards the end of the contest.  Those with re-entry and main accounts will be contacted in late April and asked to specify their preference.  Credits will not automatically be combined.

Ex: Sarah earned 1000 credits on her re-entry account and 2000 credits on her main account. Because she requested that credits from both accounts be combined towards the end of the contest, she has accumulated 3000 credits total, which qualifies her for the Black Tie Gala prize.

Will spouse accounts be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits during the Go to Nashville Contest?

Yes, spouse accounts will be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits in this contest.  However, the credits from spouse accounts and main accounts cannot be combined to earn prizes.

Can I earn additional Sign-Up Credits toward the Convention prizes if I have 2 different accounts?

Yes, you can earn Sign Up Credits on both accounts.

Ex: If Jen has a main Diamond Account and signs up 3 new VIP Customers in January and also signs up 3 new VIP Customers on her Ruby Re-entry account, Jen will also earn Sign Up Credits on her re-entry account, totaling 120 Sign Up Credits (20 Sign Up Credits per new VIP Customer).

Is there a certain number of Sign-Up Credits or Prize Credits that I have to earn each month of the contest in order to qualify for the contest prizes?

No, there is no specific number of credits that a Brand Ambassador must earn each month from January through April to qualify for the prizes.

Am I able to combine my main and re-entry account or spouse account new signups on both accounts to earn Prize Credits?

No, you are unable to combine signups with multiple accounts to qualify to earn Prize Credits.

Ex: If Sam has a main Diamond Account and signs up 2 new VIPs and then signs up 1 new VIP under his Gold re-entry in January, Sam will not qualify for the monthly incentive prize; therefore, he will not earn Prize Credits.

Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn credits in this contest?

If someone upgrades to a Brand Ambassador sometime between January 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023, signs up a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with a welcome pack or initial $100 USD order during the contest period, and is  commissions qualified, they will be eligible to earn credits for Go to Nashville within the months they are a commissions qualified Brand Ambassador.

Can the 3 new VIP sign ups required during this contest come from our spouse, re-entry, and/or main accounts?

Yes, if you are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, you can combine the 3 new qualifying VIP sign ups across your linked accounts, which must be linked by the end of the contest. If you would like to link your accounts and are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, please contact the Jewel line and they will assist you with the process.

Ex: Leslie is an Emerald Brand Ambassador who enrolled 2 new VIPs on her spouse account and 1 new VIP on her main account.  Because she is an Emerald, these 3 enrollments meet the minimum requirement of 3 new VIP sign ups during the contest period, so she has the option of linking her accounts.

Can a Jewel Brand Ambassador link their re-entry and spouse accounts for their level 1 sign ups?

Yes, a Jewel Brand Ambassador can link their re-entry and spouse accounts for their level 1 sign ups.

If a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack before January 1, 2023, or after April 30, 2023, are they still eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and/or Prize Credits for these new VIP Customers in the Go to Nashville Contest?

No. If a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack prior to January 1, 2023, 12am US ET or after April 30, 2023, 11:59pm US ET, they will not qualify for this contest.

What are the prizes I can earn in the Go to Nashville Contest?

There are 8 possible prizes for this contest:

1. 300 credits: $50 USD for Convention Store
2. 600 credits: $100 USD travel cash
3. 900 credits: $200 USD Plexus ONE Card
4. 1,200 credits: Winners Dinner
5. 1,500 credits: $500 USD travel cash
6. 2,000 credits: $750 USD travel cash
7. 2,500 credits: $1,000 USD spending money

Are there specific prizes that you must redeem with Sign Up Credits only or Prize Credits only?

No, you can use a combination of both Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits to redeem Go to Nashville prizes.

Are the Go-to Nashville prizes stackable?

Yes, the prizes are stackable.

When will the cash prizes be paid out?

They will be paid out around May 26, 2023, after commissions close. Brand Ambassadors must be registered for Convention by April 30, 2023 and expected to attend the event to receive prizes.  However, those who cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances such as pregnancy, family emergency, serious illness, etc, will be able to submit a request to receive their winnings even if they cannot attend Convention. This will reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

How will a Brand Ambassador know if they have earned Sign Up Credits and/or Prize Credits for in this contest?

Brand Ambassadors will be able to view their progress in the Go to Nashville Contest Tracker in their Virtual Office when it is officially launched.

How will I know if I have earned any prizes in the contest?

Brand Ambassadors will receive an email confirmation regarding their final credits and prize(s) earned with additional information regarding their achieved prize(s) no later than May 26, 2023.

How will I receive the 200 USD Plexus ONE Card?

The vendor partner that manages your commissions payout will be issuing the 200 USD Plexus ONE Card.

How do I redeem my Sign-Up Credits and/or Prize Credits for Convention prizes?

If you have registered for Convention by April 30, 2023, you will receive all your earned prizes around May 26, 2023, after commissions closes.  

For those who have qualified for Winners Dinner and/or Black Tie Gala, The Events team will be sending out congrats emails that will require Brand Ambassadors to RSVP for one or both events. Anyone who RSVPs for either of these events and does not attend Convention will forfeit their prize(s), which are non-transferable.

Is there a deadline by which I have to claim my Convention contest prizes?

You will receive your Convention prizes around or before May 26, 2023.

Will there be a cash alternative option available for the USD Convention Store Credit, Plexus ONE Card, Winners Dinner, or Black-Tie Gala?

No, there will be no cash alternative options available for these Convention prizes.

Am I able to take a guest with me to Winners Dinner or the Black-Tie Gala?

Yes, both events will allow Brand Ambassadors to bring one guest with them.

Will there be a weekly updated Earners List for Go to Nashville Contest?

Yes, there will be a weekly updated Earners List featuring the Top 100 Earners in the Recognition Digest that is emailed every Friday.

Can we have the accounts that qualify for this Contest added to the Earners List so there is no guesswork?

No, unfortunately, that information will not be available.

How often is the VO Tracker updated?

The VO Tracker will be updated approximately every 24 hours.

Will the VO Tracker show combined credits from spouse or re-entry accounts?

No, the VO Tracker will not display these combined credits.

Will there be an option for Brand Ambassadors to attend Convention virtually this year?

There will be no option for Brand Ambassadors to attend Convention virtually; they can only attend the event in-person.
