From January 1, 2023 through April 30, 2023, Brand Ambassadors have an opportunity to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits to qualify for a variety of Convention prizes.
- They will earn Sign Up Credits for each new VIP Customer they sign up with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase.
- Brand Ambassadors are also eligible to earn Prize Credits for each monthly incentive prize they earn (up to 2 per month).
- In addition, they will earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits when Brand Ambassadors on their paid levels 1-4 also sign up new VIP Customers with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase and earn their monthly incentive prizes.
This Contest will be officially launched at Super Saturday on January 14, 2023.
Contest Prize Qualifications
In the Go to Nashville Convention Contest, Brand Ambassadors will only accumulate credits during the months in which they are commissions qualified to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits.

- They must sign up a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with a welcome pack or initial $100 USD order during the contest period.
- In addition, Brand Ambassadors must be registered for the Plexus One Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, by April 30, 2023 and expected to attend in order to receive their prizes.
- Have their annual membership current;
- Must be commissions qualified during the months in which they accrue credits

Prize Credits earned for a second monthly incentive prize |
Regarding Prize Credits earned for a second monthly incentive prize where a level 1 sign up rank advances to Silver or above, does this person need to be one of my new signups from this month? |
No. This person can be either a new level 1 sign up or an existing Brand Ambassador, it doesn’t matter when the person signed up. Ex: If John signed up in March of 2018 and always maintained VIP status, then converts to a Brand Ambassador and rank advances to Silver in January for the first time, they would qualify as a new rank advancement. |
Earn Sign Up Credits and/or Prize Credits |
Would I earn Sign Up Credits and/or Prize Credits for every paid level 1-4 downline, or only for those who I personally signed up during the contest period? |

Lose credits if I am not commission qualified |

If a Brand Ambassador is not commissions qualified in a particular month, they will not earn any prizes during that month. |
Physical and Paid Levels |
Do I earn credits on my physical or paid levels? |
Credits are earned on your paid levels 1-4. However, credits are tracked based on physical levels throughout the month and then recalculated at the end of the month based on your paid levels. |
Return order | Will any credits be subtracted from my account if my new VIP Customer returns their order? |
Yes. If a Brand Ambassador’s new VIP Customer returns their $100 USD initial order or welcome pack and drops below a qualifying order requirement during the contest period, the Brand Ambassador’s number of Sign-Up Credits will be reduced. Ex: Lindsay is a Brand Ambassador who signed up Ashley as a new VIP Customer with a welcome pack purchase. Lindsay received 20 Sign Up Credits for Ashley. Shortly after Ashley became a VIP Customer, she decided to return the welcome pack she purchased. As a result, 20 Sign Up Credits were deducted from Lindsay’s account because Ashley did not meet the necessary qualifying order requirement as a new VIP Customer. |

Am I still eligible to accrue credits for the Go to Nashville Contest if I am not commissions qualified? |
Brand Ambassadors will only be able to accumulate credits during the months in which they are currently commissions qualified. Ex: During the contest, Rachel is commissions qualified in January, March, and April, but she is not commissions qualified in February. Therefore, she will not accrue credits in February. |

Any enrollments you make as a VIP Customer or a Brand Ambassador in a calendar month would count towards earning Sign Up Credits as long as you upgrade to a Brand Ambassador during same the month in which you enrolled the VIP Customers. |
US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand |
If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning Sign Up Credits? |
Yes, as long as the person living in any of these countries purchases a welcome pack or places an initial order of at least $100 USD equivalent. However, only Brand Ambassadors in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are eligible to earn credits and redeem prizes in this contest. |
Signed up prior to the start of this contest, |
If a person signed up prior to the start of this contest, but did not place an order for a welcome pack or an order with PV until January, would the person still count towards earning Sign Up Credits? |
As long as the person places a qualifying welcome pack order or an initial $100 USD purchase during the contest period, they will count towards earning Sign Up Credits. Ex: If Kelly signed up on December 30 but did not place a welcome pack order or a $100 USD initial purchase until January, she would still count as a sign up for the Go to Nashville Contest. |

No, Brand Ambassadors do not have to earn both types of credits in order to qualify for the Convention prizes. However, if they sign up enough VIP Customers to earn some of the monthly incentive prizes from January through April, they will automatically earn Prize Credits. |

Will re-entry accounts be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits during the Go to Nashville Contest? |
Yes, re-entry accounts will be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits in this contest. Although Brand Ambassadors must earn Plexus Prizes separately on their re-entry and main accounts, they will have the option of combining credits from both types of accounts towards the end of the contest. Those with re-entry and main accounts will be contacted in late April and asked to specify their preference. Credits will not automatically be combined. Ex: Sarah earned 1000 credits on her re-entry account and 2000 credits on her main account. Because she requested that credits from both accounts be combined towards the end of the contest, she has accumulated 3000 credits total, which qualifies her for the Black Tie Gala prize. |
Spouse Accounts |
Will spouse accounts be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits during the Go to Nashville Contest? |
Yes, spouse accounts will be eligible to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits in this contest. However, the credits from spouse accounts and main accounts cannot be combined to earn prizes. |
Earn additional Sign-Up Credits |
Can I earn additional Sign-Up Credits toward the Convention prizes if I have 2 different accounts? |
Yes, you can earn Sign Up Credits on both accounts. Ex: If Jen has a main Diamond Account and signs up 3 new VIP Customers in January and also signs up 3 new VIP Customers on her Ruby Re-entry account, Jen will also earn Sign Up Credits on her re-entry account, totaling 120 Sign Up Credits (20 Sign Up Credits per new VIP Customer). |

No, you are unable to combine signups with multiple accounts to qualify to earn Prize Credits. Ex: If Sam has a main Diamond Account and signs up 2 new VIPs and then signs up 1 new VIP under his Gold re-entry in January, Sam will not qualify for the monthly incentive prize; therefore, he will not earn Prize Credits. |
Upgrades |
Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn credits in this contest? |
If someone upgrades to a Brand Ambassador sometime between January 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023, signs up a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with a welcome pack or initial $100 USD order during the contest period, and is commissions qualified, they will be eligible to earn credits for Go to Nashville within the months they are a commissions qualified Brand Ambassador. |
Linked Accounts |
Can the 3 new VIP sign ups required during this contest come from our spouse, re-entry, and/or main accounts? |
Yes, if you are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, you can combine the 3 new qualifying VIP sign ups across your linked accounts, which must be linked by the end of the contest. If you would like to link your accounts and are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, please contact the Jewel line and they will assist you with the process. Ex: Leslie is an Emerald Brand Ambassador who enrolled 2 new VIPs on her spouse account and 1 new VIP on her main account. Because she is an Emerald, these 3 enrollments meet the minimum requirement of 3 new VIP sign ups during the contest period, so she has the option of linking her accounts. |

Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for sign-ups outside of the contest dates.
Rules and Regulations
This contest runs from Sunday, January 1, 2023, 12am US ET through Sunday, April 30, 2023, 11:59 pm US ET, and is for new and existing Brand Ambassadors who earn Sign Up Credits by signing up new qualifying VIP Customers with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack purchase and earn Prize Credits for each monthly incentive for which they qualify (up to 2 per month).
The initial order must be $100 USD before discounts, tax, and shipping.
Brand Ambassadors must be commissions qualified during the months in which they accrue credits. They must also sign up a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers during the contest period to earn Sign Up Credits and Prize Credits. Brand Ambassadors must be registered for Convention by April 30, 2023 and are expected to attend in order to receive their earned Convention prizes.
The Plexus Leads Program will not be eligible for this contest.
No adjustments will be made for signups outside of the contest dates. Re-entry accounts will also be eligible for this contest, but signups on the re-entry account will not count towards the qualification of the main account. Re-entry accounts must qualify for the contest on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count towards signups for the contest.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this contest. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random 140 Audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period.
