When you receive your congratulatory email, you will receive a $150 USD lululemon e-gift card that you can spend on the website: https://shop.lululemon.com You can also use the e-gift card at any lululemon in-store location.

Is there a deadline by which I have to claim my lululemon e-gift card?

Yes, you must claim your lululemon e-gift card by April 30, 2023 if you do not initially receive it. All lululemon e-gift cards are valid for 1 full year from the day on which they are claimed.

Is there a deadline by which I have to use my lululemon e-gift card?

Yes, once your e-gift card is claimed, you will have one full year to use it on lululemon merchandise.

Will I be able to add another form of payment to my order if I select merchandise that exceeds the cost of the gift card?

Will there be a cash alternative option available instead of the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card?

Yes, Brand Ambassadors will also have the option of selecting a cash prize of $100 USD instead of a $150 USD lululemon e-gift card.

How would I select the $100 USD cash alternative option?

In the event that the lululemon e-gift card is not your preference, you may opt for the $100 USD cash option via your congrats email.

If I choose the $100 USD cash option, how will I receive it?

Your $100 USD cash payment will be processed in the following week’s commissions and deposited into your account. 

If a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack, or advances a new level 1 Silver or above outside of the incentive period, are they still eligible to earn the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card?

No, if a Brand Ambassador signs up a new qualifying VIP Customer with an initial $100 USD order or a welcome pack or advances a new level 1 Silver or above prior to February 1, 2023, 12:00 a.m. US ET or after February 28, 2023, 11:59 p.m. US ET, they will not qualify for this incentive.

Will Brand Ambassador upgrades be eligible to earn in this incentive?

If someone upgrades to a Brand Ambassador during the month of February, they will be eligible to earn the Plexus Prize.

Can any of the newly advanced Silvers or above or new VIP Customers from the Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive?

No, all new sign ups or new Silver or above advancements need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s level 1.

Will re-entry accounts be eligible to earn a $150 USD lululemon e-gift card during the February Plexus Prize incentive?

Yes, re-entry accounts will be eligible to participate in this incentive.

Does compression apply to the February Plexus Prize incentive?

No, compression does not apply to rank advancements or sign ups.

If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card?

Yes, as long as the person living in any of these countries purchases a welcome pack or places an initial order of at least 100 USD equivalent.

If I became a VIP Customer in February and signed up people under me, then upgraded to a Brand Ambassador later in the month, would those people I signed up as a VIP Customer qualify towards earning the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card?

Any enrollments you make as a VIP Customer or a Brand Ambassador during the calendar month would count towards earning the lululemon e-gift card as long as you upgrade to a Brand Ambassador during the month of February.

Can 2 orders be combined to equal the $100 USD minimum purchase requirement?

No, combining 2 orders to equal $100 USD will not be permitted for this incentive.

Does the Plexus Leads Program count toward this incentive?

No, the Plexus Leads Program will not count for this incentive.

Am I still eligible for the February Plexus Prize incentive if I am not commissions qualified and don’t place an order of $100 USD this month?

No, Brand Ambassadors are not eligible for this incentive if they are not commissions qualified and do not place an order of $100 USD in February.  

Will there be a weekly updated Earners List for this incentive?

Yes, there will be a weekly updated Earners List in the Recognition Digest that is emailed every Friday.

Can we have the accounts that qualify for this incentive added to the Earners List so there is no guesswork?

No, unfortunately, this will not be available.

If I have earned a lululemon e-gift card on February 27^th or 28^th, when will this be confirmed and when will I be notified that I earned them?

If you have earned a lululemon e-gift card on these last 2 days of February, this will be confirmed in the Earners Report pulled the week of March 6th, and a Congrats email will be sent sometime the same week. Another Earners Report will also be pulled after February commissions closes to ensure that all earners have been accounted for, and they will be notified.

If someone signs up as a Retail Customer, then upgrades to a VIP Customer, will it count towards this incentive?

Yes, this would count in the following 2 scenarios: 

1. If the Retail Customer places an order of over $100 USD in February, then upgrades to a VIP Customer by signing up for a VIP Membership in the same month
2. If a Retail Customer upgrades to a VIP Customer by purchasing a VIP Membership at the same time as a welcome pack or a $100 USD AUD order in February.

However, if they place an order as a Retail Customer in January, then upgrade to a VIP Customer by signing up with only a VIP Membership in February, this will not count towards the February Plexus Prize incentive unless they also place a qualifying order in that month.

If I have a rank advancement of a Silver or above, does it need to be one of my new sign ups from this month?

No. As long as it is a new level 1 advancement, it doesn’t matter when the person signed up. 

Example: If John signed up in December 2021and has always maintained VIP Customer status and then converts to a Brand Ambassador and rank advances to Silver during February, he would qualify as a new rank advancement.

Am I able to combine my main and re-entry account or spouse account new sign ups on both accounts combined to earn the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card?

No, you are unable to combine sign ups and/or advancements from multiple accounts to qualify to earn the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card. You can earn a maximum of 2 e-gift cards per account.

Example: If Sam has a main Diamond Account and signs up 2 new VIPs and then signs up 1 new VIP under her Gold re-entry, Sam will not qualify for the lululemon $150 USD e-gift card, as sign ups cannot be combined to earn.

Can I earn more than one $150 USD lululemon e-gift card if I have 2 different accounts?

Yes, you can earn the e-gift card on both accounts. You can earn a maximum of 2 lululemon $150 USD e-gift cards per account.

Example: If Jen has a main Diamond Account and signs up 3 new VIP Customers in February and also signs up 3 new VIP Customers on her Ruby Re-entry account, Jen will also earn a $150 USD lululemon e-gift card on her re-entry account, totaling two $150 USD lululemon e-gift cards between both accounts.

If a person signed up prior to the start of this incentive, but did not place an order for a welcome pack or an order with PV until February, would the person still count towards earning the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card?

As long as the person places a qualifying welcome pack order or an initial $100 USD purchase in February, they will count towards earning the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card.

Example: If Kelly signed up on January 30, 2023 but did not place a welcome pack order or a $100 USD initial purchase until February 2023, she would still count as a sign up for the $150 USD lululemon e-gift card.

Can someone enroll and rank advance to qualify in both areas in the same month for this incentive?

Yes, this person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement.

Example: If Stacey signed up 3 VIP Customers in February and one of them also rank advanced to Silver in the same month, that person would count as both an enrollment and rank advancement for Stacey.
