If you were eligible to attend the 2022 Diamond Destination or previous years, you must qualify as a paid-as Diamond Brand Ambassador a minimum of five times between August 1, 2022, and July 31, 2023, to attend in 2023.

Deadline to Register:

To confirm your attendance, please complete your registration by Monday, August 7, 2023. Please note, your hotel reservation for the program nights will not be secured until your registration has been completed and your confirmed flight itinerary has been uploaded. For anyone that qualifies in July, your registration deadline will be extended to August 18, 2023.

If you have completed your event registration and you are no longer able to attend, please notify the Events Team via email (events@plexusworldwide.com) at your earliest convenience. Please note, the cancellation deadline is Monday, August 7, 2023.

For Diamond Destination and Emerald Extravaganza, Plexus Worldwide will be covering your standard room, tax, and resort fees (only) for eight (8) nights at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba for check-in on Friday, September 8 through check-out on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

*Please note, hotel room reservations for the program dates will be arranged for all qualifiers, after your completed event registration has been received (including your confirmed flight itinerary).

• Please contact the Plexus Worldwide Events Team via email at events@plexusworldwide.com if you would like to reserve additional hotel room night(s) outside of the included program dates. *Include: your full name, ambassador ID, preferred check-in and check-out date details along with your bed type preference.  Also, include the number of adults (18+) and if you will have one child (12 or younger) in your room.
• All qualifiers will be responsible for payment of additional hotel room night(s) outside of the program dates (Program dates for Banyan Tree Mayakoba are, check-in: September 8, 2023, & check-out: September 16, 2023).
• The hotel will require a room deposit by credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation for the additional night(s). 
• To avoid any penalties on your deposit, additional room night(s) must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the requested arrival date.
• The current discounted room rate at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba is $439.00 plus tax per night (based on availability and subject to change). 
• If you book an upgraded room during pre/post nights, you will need to move to the room you qualified for during the program dates.
• At this time, based on hotel/group occupancy, we are unable to provide additional rooms during program dates - September 8-16, 2023

The hotel will require a room deposit by credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation for the additional night(s). To avoid any penalties on your deposit, additional room night(s) must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the requested arrival date.

Based on hotel/group occupancy, we are only able to offer one (1) room per qualifier over the program dates. Currently, there are no additional rooms available during program dates.  However, if rooms become available, Plexus will send a communication to all registered qualifiers the week of August 21, 2023.

Daily breakfast is included for you and your guest.  Please head to the Oriente restaurant any time between 7 am – 11 am and provide your room number to the server. Enjoy!

The event registration will provide you the opportunity to communicate special requirements (i.e. dietary restrictions, American Sign Language, ADA requests).

All registered qualifiers and your guest that attend Diamond Destination 2023, will be provided with round-trip ground transportation to and from Cancun International Airport to Banyan Tree Resort. Plexus Events Team will arrange your airport transfers. Note that any additional guests in your party will be charged a fee and you must pay for them. If you are bringing more than your one guest, please email events@plexusworldwide.com to request this service and we will provide you with instructions.

There is no transportation allowance since we are providing the transportation

Transportation is only provided during program dates. You will be responsible for securing and paying for your transportation for pre-program date arrivals and post-program date departures.

The dress code is resort casual. The average temperature for Mayakoba in September can range from mid to upper 90s °F in the daytime and dip into the mid-70s °F for nighttime temperatures. Be sure to check the weather prior to departure! 

For the Diamond Destination Closing Party:  Wear your most vibrant colors! This party will take place both on the beach and in a restaurant. We suggest you wear flat footwear and not high heels.

Can I bring a guest to Diamond Destination & Emerald Extravaganza?

Ambassadors that qualify for any Plexus Worldwide incentive trip are allowed to bring one (1) guest. 

Any guest name changes will need to be submitted by Monday, August 7, 2023

Two (2) Plexus branded name badges will be provided at event registration for the qualifier and one (1) guest (both must be worn throughout the program for entrance into the events). 

One additional person (3 total) can travel and stay with you, however, they will not be allowed into any program events unless they are registered as your one (1) guest or you have purchased additional tickets for them to attend the welcome and closing events. If you have purchased additional tickets for them to attend the Welcome Receptions and Closing Parties, their wristband must be worn throughout the duration of the EE/DD event. (Available for purchase at the end of registering online)

You may have two (2) adults and one (1) child 12 and younger per villa, for no additional charge. 

If you have a 3rd person 13 years of age or older, you will be responsible to pay $100++/night for that person to stay with you.

Please be advised, if you are traveling with children, the villa pools do not have a fence or barrier and are easily accessed from your villa.

Is a Passport required to travel?

Yes, those traveling from the US, Canada, and Australia require a valid passport.  Passports must also be valid for at least six months after your return home. Each traveler is personally responsible for obtaining a passport. Please use the links below for additional information:

How should my luggage be labeled?

Please have every piece of your luggage tagged with your full name.

If I cannot attend, will I still receive the swag/gifts items and/or the cash value of the trip?

Qualifiers must be present and check in at the event in order to receive air travel reimbursement, and any swag/gift items handed out at this program. 

How much is my reimbursement allowance for air travel?

Qualifiers are responsible for booking their own flights through an airline or booking agent of their choice. 

Diamond Destination qualifiers will receive a reimbursement allowance of up to $2,250 USD per ticket towards a round-trip any class ticket for the qualifier and one (1) guest ($4,500.00 USD total). Any additional tickets or fees, including travel insurance and luggage fees, will be at the qualifier's expense.

Qualifiers will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles used.

A reimbursable round-trip ticket is defined as one (1) round-trip ticket from the qualifier's home city to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) airport for the qualifier and one (1) guest.

Where do I submit my air travel for reimbursement?

To be eligible for air travel reimbursement, each qualifier is responsible for uploading their itemized receipts for airfare as specified through the Diamond Destination 2023 registration website.  Please ensure the total amount paid is noted on the receipts.

• Please note, all itemized receipts submitted must be in a PDF format or a clear scanned copy (i.e. no screenshots or photos of receipts will be accepted).vert a confirmation email to a PDF, this may require you to select "PRINT" and then change your print destination to "SAVE AS PDF" depending on your email account. 

How long does it take to be reimbursed for Air Travel?

Please allow 14 to 21 business days from the submission date to receive air travel reimbursements.

• Air travel reimbursements will be added to the qualifier’s account as an adjustment. This amount will reflect in the qualifier's Virtual Office as “Other Income”.

What are Qualifiers not Reimbursed for?

Qualifiers will not be reimbursed:

• Cash value of reward points/frequent flyer miles used
• Travel packages
• Travel Insurance
• Plexus Worldwide will not be held responsible for any change fees associated with name changes, inclement weather, airline cancellations, travel changes, or global pandemic.
