Guests and Registration

| Can I bring a guest? | Yes, you can bring a guest as long as they are registered and pay the registration fee. Your guest can register using the same Convention 2024 registration link: https://plexusworldwide.cventevents.com/Convention2024 |
| Traveling with Children: | Because seating is limited, and this is an educational training conference for business, we ask attendees to not bring children. Please note anyone attending any of the Convention events must be registered, registration fees are the same for all. |

Changing or Canceling Registration
After you register, if you are no longer able to attend in-person you can cancel your registration and receive a refund minus a $5.00 cancellation processing fee (per ticket) if you cancel by May 18, 2024, 11:59 PM PT. Refunds will not be processed past this deadline.
All cancellations must be made by you through the registration website following the steps below:

If you are not able to cancel your own registration your cancellation request must be received by May 18, 2024, 11:59 PM PT, no exceptions, and will be accepted in writing only to: events@plexusworldwide.com. Please include name, email, and confirmation number.
*Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
Transferring Tickets
If you are no longer attending Convention but someone will be coming in your place, you can transfer your ticket by following the steps below, please note the transfer must be made by May 18, 2024, no exceptions:

Deadline to Cancel:
If you are no longer attending Convention and no one is coming in your place, please cancel your event registration and your hotel and travel arrangements before the May 18, 2024, cancellation deadline.

Arrival Timing
Here are our recommendations for when to arrive and depart:

Depart on June 21st, 2024, so they don’t miss the final event on the night of June 20, 2024. There will be a Focus Group meeting on June 20, 2024, from 9:00am – 10:00am. There will also be a Diamond Breakfast on June 20, 2024, from 10:00am – 12:00pm. |
