Law Summary
Effective April 22nd, 2024, New York law A.5610/S.5823 prohibits the sale of certain weight loss and sports nutrition dietary supplements to consumers under the age of 18. This law applies to all retailers.

What to Expect
- To comply with the state mandate, Plexus requires an adult 21 or over to physically sign and verify their age with a government-issued ID upon delivery.
- All customers in New York with an active subscription to one of the affected products were notified of the change via email June 5th.
- Affected orders will include a NY State Signature Delivery fee of $7.00
- Beginning June 4th, NY customers will be prompted to acknowledge this change upon checkout or when enrolling as a VIP.

Delivery Options
- P.O. Box: The post office will put a note in the P.O. Box indicating you must go to the counter, show ID, and sign for your package.
- Home Delivery with Signature: You can request that your product order be delivered to your home address.
- UPS Drop-Off: Update your Plexus subscription to select a UPS-verified drop-off point where you can pick up your package. Visit UPS - Find a Location for a convenient location near you.
Note: Another possible option that does not require an additional fee or adult signature is to reroute your shipment to a non-New York address.
Remember, if you make ANY changes to your shipping address, please update ALL of your primary shipping addresses in My Account.
Reshipments and Refunds
We will attempt to deliver shipments up to 3 times to your preferred address. After the 3rd attempt, orders will be returned to Plexus and a reship will need to be requested. Orders that need to be reshipped will not incur an additional $7.00 fee but still will require a signature.
Orders that are not requested to be reshipped will be refunded for the full dollar amount of the order including the $7.00 age confirmation fee. However, the age confirmation fee will not be refunded on orders that have been signed for.
