Introduction to Plexus Hyperwallet
The "Plexus Wallet" or "Hyperwallet" is an account given to each Brand Ambassador. It is also known as:
- Hyperwallet Funds,
- Paylution,
- Pay Portal, and
- Plexus Dollars.
Brand Ambassador commission funds are deposited into this account. Brand Ambassadors may use Hyperwallet to pay for discretionary orders, but it can't be used for Subscription orders.
The Primary wallet is used for Hyperwallet. The secondary wallet is used for PayPal and the third is used for Venmo.
Notifications: Account Creation and Funds Available
Automatic Account Creation:
The Hyperwallet account is automatically created in Paylutions as soon as a Brand Ambassador earns commissions. Once the Wallet account is created, the Brand Ambassador will:
- Be notified via email,
- Need to set up their account by following the instructions and link in their notification email, and
- Start receiving commissions in their Hyperwallet after set up.
New Funds Available:
When new funds have been deposited in a Brand Ambassador's Hyperwallet, Plexus sends out a notification email.
Reminder to Transfer Funds:
Plexus also sends out a monthly congratulatory email reminding Brand Ambassadors they have funds in their Hyperwallet. The subject line of the email is: "You Have HyperWallet Funds Available!"
The monthly email will include a reminder to transfer funds out of Hyperwallet to avoid a fee for inactivity. Details about the fee:
- Brand Ambassadors should either transfer the funds to their bank account or use the funds to purchase product from Plexus to avoid a service fee on their Hyperwallet account,
- The fee is only applied to Hyperwallet accounts that do not have such activity for 90 consecutive days and have a remaining balance of any amount in their account.

Activating a Hyperwallet Account

Follow these steps to activate your Hyperwallet Account and gain full access to your funds:

Confirm your activation through an email, which will come to your personal email inbox directly from Hyperwallet (see screenshot below). The email will come from support@paylution.com. If you can't find this email, make sure you're using the email associated with your Plexus account and click Resend Activation Email. |
4 | Click on "Verify my account using my phone number" to set up multi-factor authentication (required); Enter phone number and click Continue (see screenshot below). |
5 | Choose your entity type: business or individual (most people will be logging in as an individual). (see screenshot below) |

Paying for Orders
Important rules for making a purchase with Hyperwallet:
- To have a Health Canada order placed with Plexus Wallet Dollars, Canadian Brand Ambassadors must contact Customer Service,
- Plexus Wallet Dollars are not available for Canadian Not For Resale orders, and
- Hyperwallet funds can be used for one-time orders, but not subscriptions.
If you are a Brand Ambassador, follow the process below to pay with your Plexus Wallet for a discretionary order:

Transferring Funds out of Hyperwallet
To transfer your Hyperwallet funds to a bank account:

Service and Processing Fee
The Service and Processing fee is a fee taken out of each monthly commission payment. This fee is charged by Plexus, not Hyperwallet.

For further information regarding this fee, refer to Section 2 Paragraph O. in the Brand Ambassador Policies and Procedures:
O. Service Charges – The Company provides numerous services to its Brand Ambassadors without charge. However, Brand Ambassadors occasionally make requests that require special time and effort to fulfill. Requests in this category would include copies of receipts, paperwork, in‐depth Commission information that must be calculated or extracted, research, banking instructions, stop‐payment requests, etc. These and other special requests are available to the Brand Ambassador for a cost of fifty dollars($50 USD or equivalent local currency) per hour, plus actual costs, with a minimum charge of fifty dollars($50 USD or equivalent local currency) per request. Costs would include banking fees, photocopy expenses, professional fees, etc. A monthly service and processing fee will be charged for commission payments.
