Questions about the "You Have HyperWallet Funds Available!" email? Beginning in July 2019 Plexus will be sending out monthly congratulatory emails (in addition to the regular deposit notification from Hyperwallet) notifying ambassadors that they have received their commission payment. The email will include a reminder to either transfer the funds to the Ambassador's bank account or use the funds to purchase product from Plexus to avoid a $4 service fee* on their Hyperwallet account. The first of these monthly emails was sent on July 15, 2019. If you actively transfer your Plexus Wallet funds to your bank account or use your funds for Spend Back with Plexus then you are not charged the $4 service fee. That fee is only applied to Hyperwallet accounts that do not have such activity for 90 consecutive days and have a remaining balance of any amount in their account. |
The Plexus Wallet is an account given to each Ambassador. It is also known as Hyperwallet Funds, Paylution, Pay Portal, and Plexus Dollars. This account is where the Ambassadors commission funds will be deposited. Ambassadors have the option to use their Plexus Wallet to pay for discretionary orders; however, the Plexus Wallet can not be used for Subscription orders.
When is the Account Created?
Once an Ambassador has earned commissions, an account will be created and they will be notified via email. Ambassadors will need to follow the link and instructions in the notification email to set up their account, and receive their commissions.
To Pay for Orders
- At this time, Canadian Ambassadors must contact Customer Service to have a Health Canada order placed with Plexus Wallet Dollars.
- Plexus Wallet Dollars are not available for Canadian Not For Resale orders.
If you are an Ambassador, follow the process below to pay with your Plexus Wallet:
- Sign into your account.
- Shop for your desired products.
- Under Payment, check the box titled I want to use my Plexus Wallet Dollars
- If the amount that is in your Plexus Wallet is less than the order total, click on either Credit Card or PayPal for the remaining purchase balance.
- Continue with the shopping process.
To Transfer Funds
- Sign into your account.
- Go to the My Account page.
- Scroll the mouse over your initials in the top right hand corner.
- Click on My Account.
- Click on the Payment tab.
- Click the link labeled Click here to access your Plexus Wallet.
- Sign into your Plexus Wallet account.
- If you are a new Ambassador, you received an email from support@paylution.com to activate your account. If you cannot find this email, check to make sure you are using the email associated with your Plexus account and click Resend Activation Email.
- Once you are logged into your Plexus Wallet account, click Transfer.
