Right now, the ability to set a new Subscription for a future date is only available for Plexus Ambassadors. Customers setting up a new Subscription will have their first Subscription ship immediately.
If you are a Plexus Ambassador here is how to do so:
- Build your Subscription by clicking Subscribe in the main navigation and selecting the products you would like in your Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on New Subscription.
- Add the products you would like to your Subscription and click on Check Out
- Verify your Account, Shipping and Payment information.
- On the Order Review page, find where it says, “Your Order Will Be Charged Today” and click on the Change Date link right next to it.
- Select the date you would like your Subscription to process on and click Update. Please note, you must set up your Subscription on a date between the 1st-28th of the month because not all months have more than 28 days in them.
- Make sure your new date is reflected on the Cart page.
- Continue to Checkout and checkout as normal.
