Sponsor Change Requests submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month may process by the 17th, in the order received and based on Compliance approval.
If you do not receive confirmation of the change within 10 business days, please contact Customer Service.
- To request a change of Sponsor, fill out the Sponsor Change Request form with the name of the Ambassador/Sponsor you are requesting.
- Please keep in mind that updating your Sponsor will only count for orders placed within 30 days of the date the Sponsor Change has been completed.
