What is a Welcome Pack and why should I purchase one?
Welcome Packs are discounted combos that can be purchased by newly enrolled Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers. When a new Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer joins the company, they may purchase one Welcome Pack for either $109.00 or $209.00 (not a required purchase). Welcome Packs can only be purchased once, at a special bargain price, and may be purchased any time within the first 30 days of becoming a Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer. This 30 days starts the day after the new Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer's enrollment.
What is the Business Building Bonus (BBB)?
The Business Building Bonus is a bonus paid out to qualifying Brand Ambassadors ONLY when new Brand Ambassadors/VIP Customers in their downline enroll with a Welcome Pack.
When a new Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer joins the company, they may purchase 1 Welcome Pack for either $109 or $209 (not a required purchase). If they purchased a $109 Welcome Pack, $25 is distributed between the Qualified upline Brand Ambassadors as a BBB 2 levels up. For a $209 Welcome Pack purchase, $50 is distributed to the Qualified upline Ambassadors as a BBB 4 levels up PLUS Plexus Points are distributed up to 4 Pay Levels in the month of purchase.
- Note: The term *New* Brand Ambassador does not include a Brand Ambassador who downgrades to a Customer level, and then upgrades again to Brand Ambassador with the purchase of a Welcome Pack. In this case, the Sponsor and Upline do not earn Plexus Points or BBB.
- Normal compression applies for BBB.
- BBB follows the Weekly Commissions Payout schedule.
- The new Brand Ambassador does not earn commission on the Welcome Pack.
- A Welcome Pack can only be purchased once in the first 30 days of becoming a VIP Customer. Or they can also purchase a Welcome Pack if they upgrade to a Brand Ambassador and are still within their first 30 days from when their account was created. A limit of one Welcome Pack will be allowed per lifetime of the account.
- A VIP Customer would only be able to purchase a Welcome Pack if they are still within their first 30 days and have not purchased a Welcome Pack in the past. A limit of one Welcome Pack will be allowed per lifetime of the account.

How do I purchase a Welcome Pack?
Brand Ambassadors/VIP Customers have three ways that they can purchase a Welcome Pack.
Option 1: Purchase During Enrollment
Option 2: Purchase Through Virtual Office
Sign in to your account at www.plexusworldwide.com
Click on Virtual Office (upper right corner)
On the Dashboard of the Virtual Office scroll down to the third row of tiles and find the teal tile with four white dots
Select the fourth dot titled “Get Your Welcome Packs” and click Shop
Select the Welcome Pack you wish to purchase and add to cart.
Option 3 - Purchase Through Customer Service
How are Commissions on Welcome Packs earned and paid out?
All Brand Ambassadors must be commissions qualified to receive any bonuses. If a Brand Ambassador is not qualified to receive weekly commissions at the time of the Welcome Pack purchase, the bonus will compress to the next eligible Brand Ambassador. To qualify for weekly commissions:
- Your Annual Membership must be paid and current.
- You have at least 100PV in the current month by the end of the weekly commissions cycle.
- You were qualified in the prior month

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I was paid the BBB from a new Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer who accidentally enrolled under the wrong Sponsor?
If a new Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer submits a Sponsor Correction Request and is moved to their intended team the Business Building Bonus will be reversed and given to the intended Sponsor.
Do all items in a Welcome Pack ship together?
Yes. All Welcome Pack items, including promotional items, are sent in one shipment. The only exception is when an item is out of stock or on back order, in which case the back ordered item may ship separately.
How would an agent place an order for the Welcome Pack as an exception?
The process would be the same for placing an order within Exigo. A Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer will not be able to place the order through the site. They will have to call into Customer Service to have their order placed.
Can Brand Ambassadors/VIP Customers return a Welcome Pack and purchase a new one?
No. If a Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer purchases any Welcome Pack, they are ineligible to order another. This is still true if they return the Welcome Pack (or only some items in the pack). Plexus would only allow another purchase of a Welcome Pack due to shipping or Plexus error.
If a Welcome Pack is returned, can the Brand Ambassador/VIP Customer or their upline still qualify for commissions?
Yes. If a Brand Ambassador is going to miss out on commission due to a Welcome Pack return, they can purchase 100 PV worth of product to still become commission qualified.
What is Compression?
Compression is a temporary calculation that occurs when a non-qualified Brand Ambassador’s position disappears and the next qualified Brand Ambassador rolls up or “compresses” and takes that position. This ensures that you don’t lose income because a Brand Ambassador in your organization has failed to qualify for a given month. Compression will apply to Business Building Bonuses and Plexus Points.
