What is the December Don't Stop 'til the Ball Drops Incentive?
Starting Wednesday, 19 December 2018, at 12:00 a.m. we will be launching the Don’t Stop ‘til the Ball Drops Enrollment Special to all new U.S. or Canada Ambassadors. An enrollment special of 9.99 USD*/13.28 CAD for the Plexus® Annual Membership with the purchase of a Welcome Pack. All new U.S. or Canada Ambassadors will receive a discount from 34.95 USD*/46.47 CAD on their first year of Plexus Annual Membership for the discounted price of 9.99 USD*/13.28 CAD when they use the promo code at checkout.
How was the promotion communicated?
An eblast sent on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 to all Ambassadors launching the Don’t Stop ‘til the Ball Drops Enrollment Special. There will be additional communication throughout the promotion followed by emails, text messages, Facebook Communication and Scoop Articles.
The Don’t Stop ‘til the Ball Drops Enrollment Special is valid only during 19 December 2018 12:00 a.m. ET to Friday, 28 December 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET. This offer only applies to brand new U.S. or Canada Ambassadors. No adjustments will be made for enrollments outside of these dates. This offer is not valid on renewals. Upgrades will count towards this Enrollment Special Offer.

Yes, as long as the Welcome Pack purchase is made within the promotional period, the Ambassador can still receive the Welcome Pack Special.
What if a new U.S. or Canada Ambassador purchased a Welcome Pack prior to the incentive and is still within their 30-day window? Can they be provided a refund and/or purchase another Welcome Pack for the Special?
No. If an Ambassador has already purchased a Welcome Pack outside of the incentive period, they are not eligible for the Welcome Pack Special. They may not receive a refund and/or they may not purchase an additional Welcome Pack for the Special offer. Ambassador are only eligible to purchase Welcome Pack once.
If I have a current Customer and they upgrade to an Ambassador, can they receive the Welcome Pack Special Offer?
