Plexus aim is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system for Brand Ambassadors. It monitors your team and conveniently gives you insight and quick tips to help increase your business. It also helps you retain those who are most at risk of leaving or not ordering again.
How Plexus aim Works:
Because Plexus aim is built on AI algorithms, it does all the thinking for you. This means it’s continually studying your team’s patterns of behavior, generating new data, and building insights.
Then, it shares that info with you through Retention Alerts, which are friendly notifications sent directly to your mobile phone as text messages.

How many times does "Plexus aim" text in a day?
Plexus aim will only alert you about one Customer or Brand Ambassador at a time to prevent receiving too many texts. To move on to the next person, reach out to the current Customer or Brand Ambassador then reply DONE to Plexus aim.
How much does "Plexus aim cost?
Plexus aim is currently free of charge.
How do I sign up for "Plexus aim"?
You do not need to sign up. All Brand Ambassadors are already opted into Plexus aim if they have enabled text messaging from Plexus. If you are not, view instructions on opting into text messaging for instructions on how to opt into text messaging. After opting into text messages, you will start to receive Plexus aim texts.
Is this tool available in other countries?
Currently, Plexus aim is for United States and Canadian Brand Ambassadors. We plan to make the tool available for everyone in the near future.
How does "Plexus aim" decide which Customer or Brand Ambassador to alert me of?
Plexus aim suggests the account holder based off of 200 different data points of their online behavior. The more you report to it accurately, the more useful it will become.
Can "Plexus aim" email me instead?
Plexus aim is only available for text messaging.
What are the scripts mentioned in the "Plexus aim" training video and where do I find them?
The scripts are basic conversation starters Brand Ambassadors can use when following up with their downline Brand Ambassadors or Customers. The scripts will be available to Brand Ambassadors in the Virtual Office soon.
Is it possible to be signed up for "Plexus aim" but not marketing texts?
Yes, Plexus aim and marketing texts are separate so Brand Ambassadors can choose to receive one or both types of communication.
What do I do if I'm not receiving the texts?
Plexus aim will only text if it believes that someone on your team is at risk of cancelling. It is perfectly normal to not receive texts from Plexus aim. To check if you’re receiving Plexus aim texts, simply type MENU to the message and you should receive a text back. If you are not receiving a text back, follow the steps below:
- Verify that your phone number is showing correctly on your account and that you're opted in, if it's incorrect, view Update/Change my Profile Information to update your account.
- Verify with your service provider that Plexus is not on any block list and that you have adequate coverage to receive texts.
- If the above does not resolve your issue, contact Customer Service to receive additional assistance.
How do I opt back into Plexus aim if I've opted out?

Where can I find a list of functions for "Plexus aim"?
Brand Ambassadors can type specific words to the message and receive more info. If Plexus aim does not recognize the text sent, it will treat the message as if you typed MENU and show all options. Each menu option should be typed once at a time and alone with no other text.
INFO – This gives you information about the current person and their order.
DONE – This tells Plexus aim, “I have completed the action.” Plexus aim will deliver the next text if another is in queue.
WHY - This provides reason for why message is being sent.
HELP – Text this to learn about these alerts. This will also provide the Help Center link.
STOP - Stop getting alerts (Opt Out)
START - Start getting alerts (Opt In)
