What is a Subscription?
Ambassadors and Preferred Customers can create a Subscription Order that processes and delivers automatically each month. Multiple subscriptions can be added and edited at your discretion.

Create a Product Subscription
There are two ways to create a Product Subscription Order:
Option 1
- Click Shop on plexusworldwide.com.
- Find desired product(s) and select the Subscribe.
- Click Create a New Subscription.
- Select quantity.
- Click Add to Cart.
- When ready to check out, select the shopping cart (top right)
Option 2
- Click Subscribe on plexusworldwide.com.
- Scroll down and click Build Your Subscription.
- Hover over desired product and click Add.
- Once all desired products are added to your cart, click Checkout.
Important Note:
Account Holders setting up a new Subscription will have their first order ship immediately as a one-time order. If you wish your first order to process as a Subscription order, set the date for the next business day. Doing this will allow you to qualify for any promotions associated with Subscription orders. For more information on how to set your Subscription order for a later date, please see section below - Schedule a New Subscription to Come Later.
To create a Subscription while enrolling as an Ambassador, go to Article 0402.
Manage/Edit Your Subscription(s):
- Sign in to My Account through plexusworldwide.com.
- Hover your mouse over the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section.
- Click Subscription.
- Choose the Subscription you’d like to update and click View Details.
IMPORTANT - For ANY Changes or Cancellations to a Subscription order:
- An Order CANNOT be CANCELLED OR CHANGED ON THE DAY OF PROCESSING.
- Changes to your Subscription MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to the next processing date of your Subscription.
- Changes completed after 11:59 ET will be attributed to the following day.
- Be mindful that decreasing products from your Subscription may cause you to lose your Perks Credits if you fall below 100PV.
Update the Shipping Date
- Click Change Date, and select the new date for your Subscription.
- Click Update.
Update the Shipping Address
- In the right-hand corner, click Edit next to Shipping.
- To add or delete an address, click on Manage Addresses.
Note: You can only keep three addresses on your account.
Update Shipping Method
- In the right-hand corner, click Edit next to Shipping.
- Under Method use drop down to select shipping method.
Update the Payment Method
- Under Payment click Edit.
- If you need to update existing credit card select the card you want to update and click Update Credit Card.
- After selecting your preferred payment method, the change will automatically save.
Add/Remove Products
To add product to your Subscription order:
- Click Add Product to this Subscription below the listed products.
- Find your desired product.
- Scroll your mouse over the product, select the quantity you want and click Add.
- Scroll to the top of the page and click on My Account.
- You should see that the product was added to your Subscription.
To remove a product from your Subscription:
- Sign in to My Account through plexusworldwide.com.
- Hover your mouse over the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section.
- Click Subscription.
- Choose the Subscription you’d like to update and click View & Edit.
- Click Remove (located below the product you wish to remove).
What items are not eligible for Subscription orders?
While you are building your Subscription order, please note that there are some items that are not eligible. These include:
- NFR (Not For Resale) products for International markets
- Limited Time or Promotional items
- Sampling System items (Trial Packs are eligible for Subscription orders, as long as they are not ordered through the Sampling System.)
Choose Between "Back-Up" or "Always-Ship" Subscription Order
- Ambassadors only: View Article No. 0201.
Schedule a new Subscription to come later
If you want the Subscription order to come at a later date, follow these steps:
- Click Subscribe on plexusworldwide.com.
- Scroll down and click Build Your Subscription.
- Hover over desired product and click Add.
- Once all desired products are added to your cart, click Checkout.
- Verify your Account, Shipping and Payment information.
- On the Order Review page click the drop down for Items in Your Cart.
- Under Subscription click on Change Date.
- Select the date you would like your Subscription to process on and click Save Changes.
Note: Subscription Orders can only be set to process between the 1st-28th of the month. - Make sure your new date is reflected on the Cart page.
- Continue to Checkout and checkout as normal.
Cancel Your Product Subscription Order
To cancel your Product Subscription order, follow the steps below. Note: This does not terminate your entire Plexus Account, only your monthly product subscription being sent to you. Your account will remain open.
- Sign into My Account through plexusworldwide.com.
- Under My Account, click My Subscription.
- Click View & Edit on the Subscription you wish to cancel.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
Remember to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next processing date, in order to stop the shipment. It is not possible to cancel any order on the day of processing.
