Introduction to Subscription Orders
When Account Holders have a Subscription Order, it means their selected products are shipped automatically each month. Account holders can have multiple subscription orders. You can change your Subscription at any time in My Account
Creating a Subscription
There are two ways to create a Product Subscription Order:
Option 1
- Click Shop on plexusworldwide.com.
- Find desired product(s) and select Subscribe.
- Click Create a New Subscription. (Subscriptions process the day it's set on at 11:59PM EST)
- Select quantity.
- Click Add to Subscription.
- When ready to check out, select the shopping cart (top right)
Option 2
- Login to My Account on plexusworldwide.com.
- Click on Subscriptions.
- Hover over desired product and click Add.
- Once all desired products are added to your cart, click Checkout.
Important Note:
Account Holders setting up a new Subscription will have their first order ship immediately as a one-time order. If you wish your first order to process as a Subscription order, set the date for the next business day. Doing this will allow you to qualify for any promotions associated with Subscription orders. Schedule a new Subscription to come later
If you want the Subscription order to come at a later date, follow these steps:
- Click Shop on plexusworldwide.com.
- Find desired product(s) and select the Subscribe
- Click Create a New Subscription. (Subscriptions process the day it's set on at 11:59PM EST)
- Select quantity
- Click Add to Subscription.
- Once all desired products are added to your cart, hover over cart and click Checkout.
- Verify your Account, Shipping and Payment information.
- On the right side of the Checkout screen click the drop down for Items in Your Cart.
- Under Subscription click on Change Date.
- Select the date you would like your Subscription to process on and click Save Changes.
Note: Subscription Orders can only be set to process between the 1st-28th of the month. - Make sure your new date is reflected on the Cart page.
- Continue to Checkout as normal.
Manage/Edit Your Subscription(s):
Account Holders can update the shipping date, address, method, and payment info in Plexus My Account.
To make sure your changes take effect before your next shipment, keep in mind:
- An Order CANNOT be CANCELLED OR CHANGED ON THE DAY OF PROCESSING.
- Changes to your Subscription MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEASTTWO (2) BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to the next processing date of your Subscription.
- Changes completed after 11:59 PM EST will take effect the following day.
- Decreasing products from your Subscription may cause you to lose your Perks Credits if you fall below 100PV.
To edit the Subscription, sign into My Account through plexusworldwide.com.
- Hover your mouse over the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section.
- Click Subscription.
- Choose the Subscription you’d like to update and click View Details.
On the Subscription details page, you can edit any of the following fields:

Add/Remove Products
*When editing a subscription, you cannot remove all items, you must add items first then remove items you do not want.
To remove a product from your Subscription:

To add product to your Subscription order:

Find your desired product. |

Scroll your mouse over the product, select the quantity you want and click Add. |

Scroll to the top of the page and click on My Account. |

You should see that the product was added to your Subscription. |
Cancel Your Product Subscription Order
In order to stop a scheduled shipment you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next processing date. It is not possible to cancel any order on the day of processing.

Items Not Eligible for Subscription
These items are not eligible for Subscription Order:
- NFR (Not For Resale) products for International markets
- Limited Time or Promotional items
- Sampling System items (Trial Packs are eligible for Subscription orders, as long as they are not ordered through the Sampling System.)
Choosing a "Back-Up" or "Always-Ship" Subscription Order
Brand Ambassadors have the option to set their subscription to be a back-up order or an always-ship order. For more information view Back-Up vs Always-Ship Subscriptions.
Postpone or Cancel a Scheduled Shipment
To postpone or cancel a shipment in your existing Subscription Order, send a request to Customer Service:
