"Clearing" is when a Brand Ambassador requests the cancelation and removal of an inactive Retail Customers, VIP Customers or Brand Ambassadors in their downline. Once the account has been cleared, the inactive account is removed from the Brand Ambassador's downline.
Note: Once cleared they free to re-enroll as a new Brand Ambassador, without a waiting period.
Definition of Active Customer
A customer account is considered active if there are orders on the account with in the past 12 months

A customer account becomes inactive when they have no orders within the last 12 months
Requesting to clear an inactive customer's account
To clear an inactive retail customer in your organization, fill out the Customer Clear Request form. Plexus Customer Service will process your request and follow up with you within one business day.
Note: Only inactive customers will be cleared.
Definition of Active Brand Ambassador and VIP Customer
A Brand Ambassador account is considered active if the Annual Membership Fee has been paid in the past 12 months, or is less than 6 months overdue.
Definition of Inactive Brand Ambassador and VIP Customer
A Brand Ambassador account becomes inactive when they have no orders within the last 6 months, and their Annual Membership Fee is past due by 6+ months.
