What is the Annual Membership Fee Project?
Plexus has started a project to identify and collect on overdue Annual Membership Fees associated with Ambassador accounts.
Why did we start this project?
The Annual Membership Fee Project was initiated as a result of feedback submitted by our valued Ambassadors. The intent is to make sure all Ambassador accounts are up to date on their Annual Membership Fee as well as to provide you with a clearer and much more accurate view of your active team within your Virtual Office reporting. Ambassadors who are removed because they are still overdue after the collection process has run may then be eligible to sign up as a new Ambassador or Customer and begin their journey once again towards health and happiness.
What to Expect:
Any of your team members that are currently overdue will be notified before any collection process is initiated and will be given information on how they can pay for their overdue Annual Membership Fee. Their direct Sponsor will also receive a communication so they are aware and can be prepared to answer any questions that they may receive. Unfortunately, if downline ambassadors who were downgraded through this project upgrade their account back to Ambassador, they will not count as a new ambassador for any running promotions or commissions.
Phase 6 of the Annual Membership Fee Project (September 16, 2020) focuses on Ambassadors that have a Annual Membership Fee expired before and no personal PV from 01/01/18 to present. The IT department is calling out to this small amount of Ambassadors and either collecting Annual Membership Fee or downgrading to a Customer account. This phase focuses on just over 100 Ambassadors that will be downgraded from Ambassador to Customer. Their direct uplines will be notified via email during the week of 09/07/20. NOTE: We are not reinstating accounts; the account holder will have to create a new account and pay the Annual Membership Fee. This will ensure that the account will be created in the correct spot in the tree.
