Convention store accepts Credit and Debit cards only. No cash will be accepted.
- Tuesday 6/18/19: 10:00am – 3:00pm; 6:00pm – 8:00pm
- Wednesday 6/19/19: 12:00pm – 2:00pm; 4:30pm – 8:00pm
- Thursday 6/20/19: 7:00am – 1:30pm
Convention Store Return Policy
Credit and Debit Cards Only
There will be no PV applied to an Ambassador’s account when purchasing merchandise in the 2019 Convention Store. Ambassadors must have their badge to have PV applied to their account when purchasing product from the 2019 Convention Store. No exception will be made if an Ambassador does not have their badge.
Exclusions and Exceptions: Refunds only apply to damaged or defective merchandise. No exchanges of merchandise will be permitted. All refunds must be approved through Plexus Convention Store Management. Refunds have to be made within 60 days if any item is damaged or defective. For product purchases, normal return polices apply.
Timeframe: All refund requests must be submitted by August 22, 2019.
Individuals requesting a refund must provide their Ambassador ID, Full Name and the last 4 digits of the card they used to purchase their merchandise and a picture of details and damages done to merchandise.
Request timeline: Please allow 72 hours for research and approval of request to be completed. Allow an additional 5 – 7 business days for the refund to process.
