Why are Ambassadors receiving an email with subject line "You Have HyperWallet Funds Available!"?
Beginning in July 2019 Plexus will be sending out monthly congratulatory emails notifying ambassadors that they have received their commission payment. The emails include a reminder to either transfer the funds to their bank account or use the funds to purchase product from Plexus to avoid a service fee* on their Hyperwallet account.
What if an Ambassador received an email with subject line "You've been paid in your Hyperwallet account!"?
The first iteration of these monthly emails was sent on July 15, 2019. Ambassadors may have noticed that emails stated “You’ve been paid in your Hyperwallet account!”. Ambassadors are receiving this email because they received a commission payout to their Hyperwallet.
Do I need to do anything to avoid a service fee?
If you already have a direct deposit or monthly transfer set up, no action is needed! If your account is active by transferring your funds to your bank account or using your funds for spend back with Plexus then you are not charged a service fee. That fee is only applied to Hyperwallet accounts that do not have such activity for 90 consecutive days and have a balance on their account.
