What are my Shipping options?
Unfortunately, there are no additional shipping options available. Please allow up to 4-7 weeks for your custom Nikes to ship.
Can I ship my Nike order internationally?
Yes, international orders will take up to 8-12 weeks to ship.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Please be sure to select your size and style carefully as there are no returns or exchanges after your order is placed and confirmed. If you receive the incorrect size from what you selected and what is included in your order confirmation, please contact Plexus Customer Service.
How do I find the right size and fit?
Check https://www.nike.com/help/a/size-charts or visit your nearest shoe store to try on a similar pair of Nikes to confirm.
How long will it take to get my shoes?
After your order is placed, please allow for up to 4 – 6 weeks for the domestic United States for your shoes to be created. After they are created, you will receive an email confirmation when your shoes ship. For international order creation and delivery, please allow 8 to 12 weeks.
Do the Nike shoes have a warranty policy?

If order is not received by above date no code can be redeemed for cash value.
Redemption for Nike shoes earned during the Plexus Enroll 6 and Get Your Kicks incentive in July 2019 must occur by Friday, December 13, 2019. All redemption codes will expire after December 13. *Note: December 13, 2019 deadline is for code redemption only. Prize selection option from this incentive had to be redeemed by September 30, 2019.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, you must enter a valid physical street address to receive your shoes. Signature upon delivery will be required.

INVENTORY
In the event that your shoe selection goes out of stock after you selected and confirmed your order, you will be notified and may select a different available style. The website will reflect the most up to date quantities so continue to check back periodically for your selection to be back in stock.
