There are two types of customer account when you join Plexus: Retail Customer and VIP Customer. Once enrolled as a Retail or VIP Customer, you have the option to convert to a Brand Ambassador.
Retail Customers vs VIP Customers
The following is a comparison of the benefits of being a Retail Customer vs VIP Customer with Plexus:
