The Plexus Product of The Month is a monthly highlight to one of our amazing products. If the Product of The Month is included in Brand Ambassador's Subscription Orders over 100 PV, they will be rewarded with 50 FREE Perk Credits.
Note: Brand Ambassadors can only receive the 50 free Perk Credits one time on one subscription order per account. Subscription Order must process within the Product of The Month time frame.

How do I redeem my earned Plexus Perks Credits?
Perk Credits can be redeemed through the Perks Portal in the My Account area of the Virtual Office under “Redeem”
- Access the main menu from the Plexus Worldwide web page
- Select “My Account” from the Menu Bar
- Select “Perks” which takes you to your Plexus Perks Portal
Do Perk Credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after they are earned credits will expire if not used. For example, if I earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, I will lose the 100 May Perk Credits in May 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits in June 2021 if not used by then.
If my subscription is turned off, what happens to my earned credits?
All credits earned, will be lost. You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits. All credit will be forfeited within 3 days of not having an active qualified subscription.
What happens to my Perk Credits, if a refund is processed on the subscription order?
Credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request.
Will I still receive the Bonus Perk Credits if I have more than one Subscription Order process to reach my 100PV total?
Yes, if you have multiple Subscription Orders process to reach your 100PV total, the bonus Perk Credits will still be applied. The Product of the Month MUST be included in 1 or more of the processing Subscription Orders and you must have a total at the end of the month of 100PV or more.
Will I still receive bonus Perk Credits if my Product of the Month product is within a combo?
Yes, if the Product of the Month product is included in a combo, it will still be accepted for the bonus Perk Credits.
What if I’ve already had the Product of the Month product on my subscription?
Keep it on! You will earn bonus Perk Credits as long as your Subscription Order with the Product of the Month processes, within the month that Product of the Month is featured.
Can I have multiple subscription orders process to reach a total of 100PV and still receive Bonus Perk Credits?
Yes, as long as you purchase the Product of the Month within a Subscription Order and have a total of 100PV for the month, you will be rewarded with Bonus Perk Credits.
How many Perk Credits will I get if I purchase more than one of the Product of the Month products? Example: Active Twin pack or multiple Active?
If more than one Product of the Month product is purchased in a Brand Ambassador subscription order, they will still be rewarded with 50 Bonus Perk Credits.
If I redeemed the Product of the Month product with my previously earned Perk Credits, will I still be qualified for the 50 Bonus Perk Credits?
No, the Product of the Month must be purchased within a qualifying subscription order. If the Product of the Month item is redeemed with previously earned Perk Credits, it will not qualify for the Product of the Month 50 Bonus Perk Credits.
How long does it take for the bonus Perk Credits to appear in my account after placing my Subscription Order?
Product of The Month criteria will be evaluated at the end of each month. Bonus Perk Credits will be added to accounts within the first 2 weeks of the following month. Example: June 2020 Product of The Month bonus Perk Credits will be added within the first 2 weeks of July 2020.
What if I am not satisfied with the item I redeemed with my Plexus Perk Credits, can I get a refund for the item or have my Perk Credits reinstated?
No, the item redeemed with Plexus Perk Credits cannot be exchanged for a refund or have extra Plexus Perk Credits reinstated.
If I place a Welcome Pack order that includes the product of the month, would I get the extra 50 Perk Credits?
Unfortunately, the extra Perk Credits will not be awarded. The Product of the Month must be on a subscription order to get the extra credits.
