How do I access the on-line store?
You must be registered for Virtual Convention to receive the URL link to access the on-line store. The link for the on-line store will be active during store hours only.
Can I purchase exclusive on-line Convention items once Convention is over?
Inventory is limited! Once exclusive Convention swag is gone, it's gone. Shop early so you don't miss out.
What if an item is sold out?
Inventory is limited….gone, it’s gone. Once an item is sold out there will be no restocking.
I won a Store Voucher(s) as part of my earnings for the Virtual Convention Contest and did not redeem the full amount. When does it expire?
Gift Cards that have been awarded during the Convention contest will only be valid during the online store hours on Friday June 19 - Sunday June 21. Please refer to your Congratulatory Email for additional details.
Can I purchase a Gift Card from the on-line store?
Yes, they are available starting at $10.00 increments.
I purchased as gift card from the on-line store. When does it expire?
Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase. Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem that at checkout.
What Payment methods can I use?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay and Shop Pay accepted.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we are able ship to US PO Boxes.
What Countries do you ship to?
At this time, we are able to ship to address available in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
What countries are available to access the on-line store for purchasing merchandise?
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship Mexico as there are restrictions of shipping US merchandise into country due to customs regulations.

What items are eligible to be returned?
Items that are in their original conditions: Unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted Damaged or Manufactured Defective must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
What if my item is damaged?
Damaged or Manufacturer Defective Returns will not need to be returned. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt to make a claim.
When is the deadline to make a return?
Returned merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
Can on-line items be returned to the PCH?
No, at this time refunds will only be accepted through My Plexus Print. Returned merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
When can the Ambassador expect to receive their refund?
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days or receiving the returned items.
Are refunds and returns issued back to the original payment method?
Yes, all refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method.
If I used a Gift Card to purchase merchandise, will I be refunded a credit onto my card?
Yes, all refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method which includes gift cards. A new gift card will be issued for a future credit.
