What is the Plexus Engage App?
The Plexus Engage App is an interactive tool that is only available in the US right now. US Brand Ambassadors can utilize this tool to grow their business, communicate with their team, and send samples to potential VIP Customers and Brand Ambassadors.
How do I get started?
To get started using the Plexus Engage App:
- Type in getplexusapp.com on your phone’s browser
- Install the app
- Log in with the same credentials you use to log into your back office

Using the Plexus Engage App
Once you are signed in, best way to maximize this powerful tool is to immediately go to the Training button in the upper left 3-line menu, and watch all the training videos, specifically on sampling.

How to purchase more credits:
Credits may be purchased from the app in 1 or 3 pack increments.

- Tap Purchase Credits
- Tap the picture for the quantity of credits you want to purchase. (This will automatically send you to the Plexus website where you can purchase credits and they will show up in the app within 10 minutes of enrollment as a Brand Ambassador.)
Details About Sample Credits
Starting credits for new users:
Currently, 3 credits are issued to all new Brand Ambassadors who enrolled on or after June 21st 2020 . They will show up in the app within 10 minutes of enrollment as a Brand Ambassador.
Using sample credits:
1 Credit = 1 Sample Pack (2 Servings of your choice of Slim)
- Sample credit purchases are final and will not be refunded.
- Sample Credits are only good to use through the Mobile App – Brand Ambassadors will use these credits to send out Samples from the App
- Sample Credits will be visible and available to purchase and use for US Brand Ambassadors only
- Sample Credits expire 5 years from purchase/earned date
- Sample Credits are like any other products on our website – they go through the same checkout flow and can be added to monthly subscriptions

Troubleshooting Frozen App or Errors
Here's what to do if your app gets stuck or looks odd:
Although rare, apps, due to low data signal, older phones, and never turning your phone off, are susceptible to malfunction. Android phones are more susceptible to glitches than iPhones. The best way to address this is the following:
|Step 1||Use force stop feature on phone to reset the app.|
|Step 2||Turn phone off and on every few days and/or use airplane mode for 10 seconds.|
|Step 3||Logout and log back in from the upper 3-line menu.|
|Step 4||Delete and reinstall the app.|
|Step 5||Ensure ALL apps and operating system is current…Plexus Engage App, Facebook Messenger, YouTube installed and current. If not, the functions may not always work properly.|

|Free App||Is the app free?||Yes, the app is free to Plexus Brand Ambassadors only. VIP Customers may not access the app.|
|Downloading||Where do I get the Plexus Engage app?||The Plexus Engage app is available in the Google Play Store for Android and the app Store for Apple. The easiest way to obtain is to, on your phone, type in getplexusapp.com on your phones browser and it will find the app. You may also search the store with Plexus Engage.|
|Tablets||Will the app work on tablets?||Yes, however, not all the functions work exactly the same and the app is primarily designed for the phone to optimize its texting capability.|
|Computer||Will the app work on my computer?||No, currently the app does not work on a computer, however; it is being evaluated.|
|Logging In||How do I log in to the app?||You log in with the same credentials you use to log into your back office. It is case sensitive and be deliberate when typing on a phone. If you get a login error, please go and validate your login at your back office to ensure it is a correct log in.|
|Tech Support||How do I get help with the app?||Go to the upper left 3-line menu on the app, go to Contact, click on the support email for the app and provide as much detailed information on the problem you are having. Your name, phone type, and the problem you are having is the best format to submit. The App Support Customer Service Representative will assist Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. App Support typically responds to requests within 3 business days.|
|Data Backup||If I delete the app, or change phones, will I lose my data?||
No, your data is stored and encrypted so if you lose or damage your phone, or want to delete the app and reinstall, your data will repopulate in your app.
|Training||Is there training on how to use the app?||
Yes, there are training videos in the upper 3-line menu under training.
|Content||Can I add my own content or videos to the app?||
No, only corporate can add content to the platform.
Sampling With the Plexus Engage App

|Getting Credits||What are Credits and how do I get them?||
One Credit is equal to one sample which is currently $4.95. Currently 3 credits are issued to all new Brand Ambassadors, and they will show up in the app within 10 minutes of enrollment as a Brand Ambassador.
|Purpose||What is the goal of sampling?||Sampling is a proven, efficient, high ROI system in order to engage a prospect to encourage them to become a Brand Ambassador or a VIP Customer. The follow up system utilized in the Plexus Engage App greatly assists you in obtaining your conversion goals. The training video in the app under Training will explain this in detail.|
|How it Works||How does sampling work?||The sampling system is designed for you to “Offer” a free sample to your prospects via the Offer a Sample function in the app. The prospect may then accept the offer by clicking a button, adding their shipping information, and submitting back to you. You will be alerted by PUSH notification alert to your phone and via email of the request. You then utilize the “Send” a sample function with the address preloaded to send that prospect the sample (you must have credits to use the SEND function).|
|Sending||Can’t I just send a sample without offering it first?||Yes, you could offer by a text or a conversation outside the app and get their address verbally (since most are not in your phone address contacts), however; there are a few considerations. First, you should still send the “offer” from the app since people tend to type their own address correctly which prevents bad shipments as well as, second, this shows the prospect you have a true, duplicating “system” which may appeal to them if they are not as personable as you are.|
|Process||What is the sampling process once I send from the app?||
Your sample goes through phases that are displayed in the app:
In addition, during these phases you will be alerted to send text messages to your prospect so that you can stay in touch and enhance the sampling experience for your prospect. As you send the sample, a credit is deducted from your balance and a list of all sent are there for you to view status.

Once complete, and if a new Brand Ambassador, offer a sample to your top 5 prospects so that you can get requests back to use your free 3 credits.
|Prospects||How are Prospects added to the app, can I import my address book?||
You can only add Prospects to the app through:
These actions load your prospect for future use and contact management as a “Warm Coffee Cup” status.
The app allows you to access your address book, or manually enter a name only (for Facebook Messenger) if you don’t have their phone and/or email. The best way to see how this works is to put yourself, name, phone, email into your own phone’s contacts. Then, go offer a sample or share a video to yourself via text message. Engage with the videos sent and see how the system works.
|Prewritten||Can I change the prewritten texts and emails that are provided?||
Yes, you may change them during the sequence right before you are about to send the message. Please do not adjust or change the generated link created since it links, you, your prospect, and the specific video or sample offered/sent.
|Alerts||What Alerts go into the Alerts button?||
You get alerts for many reasons. Video being viewed by prospect, sample requested, more information requested, enrollment links clicked on, and alerts sent by corporate to communicate with you about events and other items.
|Credit Delivery||When are Sample Credits sent out?||
Credits are typically credited to the mobile app within 5 minutes from when the credits are purchased. For the 3 free enrollment credits, it can take up to 5 minutes from completion of the enrollment order.
|Gift||What credits get used first, gifted credits or purchased credits?||
The determining factor is 1) the expiration date of the credits (if any) and 2) The purchase of the credits. The system first uses any credits that expire, starting with those that expire soonest. Then it uses the credits that do not expire in order of purchase date. Generally, this means that the "Gifted" credits will be used before purchase ones.
|Text vs Email||Is it better to text or email content from the app?||
It is best to maintain communication with your prospects/friends in the same way as you do now:
However, keep in mind that video links of any kind within an email trigger spam filters on web emails such as AOL, Hotmail, Gmail and other web mail. Text is usually best.
The email that is showing up when I send an email through the Plexus Engage App is an old account I no longer have access to. It’s the email I originally joined with, but it’s no longer on my Plexus profile in my back office. How do I change this?
To update your email address you will need to:
- Log into your account at plexusworldwide.com
- Hover over profile icon in the menu
- Select "My Account"
- Select "My Site" on the left
- Select "Edit" on the right
- Update your email address in the "Email*" field
- Select "Save and Update"
Social Media and Engage App
These are frequently asked questions about using the app with social media.
|Facebook Messenger||Can I use Facebook Messenger to send videos and offer samples?||
Yes, however, when sending it is best to engage them with simple hello etc and then send the media. Please do not spam people you do not know on Facebook Messenger since Facebook will cut you off for spamming.
|Facebook Messenger||How do I use Facebook Messenger to send?||
Please remember that even though Facebook Messenger is part of Facebook, they are two completely different apps. A couple things to remember:
Facebook Messenger is for 1 to 1 communication much like text/email so it will appear as a send option (assuming Facebook Messenger app is installed) during share (not post) of content.
|YouTube||I see the videos play from YouTube; won’t my prospects see other videos?||
No, we use special technology to prevent any other videos from intruding.
|Links||Can I post links to Social Media?||
Since links generated by the app when you text videos etc. are linked directly to that specific prospect, if you post that, every time a person on social watches the video, you will be alerted that the prospect is watching the video. So, please do not copy links to social.
|Posting||What can I post to Social?||
The app has provided you very enticing images for posting in a row in Share. These images are very special and designed to generate New Leads from Social. Simply post the image to social with an enticing message and when a person on social clicks on the image (even if shared many times over), the prospect will be taken to your replicated lead capture page! The person's info will then be stored under Prospects as a purple new lead status and you will be alerted you have a new lead from social!
