What is Plexus Days of Joy?
Beginning on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 12 a.m. USA EST, all US Ambassadors can earn Brand NEW Product when 2 New Personally Sponsored Ambassadors purchase a Welcome Pack.
Ambassadors can also receive one entry into ‘Plexus Days of Joy’ for each Welcome Pack purchased by any New Personally Sponsored Ambassador they enroll. Holiday gift and cash prize drawings will take place daily from December 2 to December 16, 2020 with no limits to the number of entries.
*Value of gifts and cash prizes will vary. Ambassadors will continue to stay in the daily drawing once they entered. Ambassadors are limited to one prize.

Is there a limit to the amount of times I can be entered into The Plexus Days of Joy Drawing?
No. There are no limits to the number of entries.
If I earned my entry into the Drawing on i.e. December 5, 2020, will my name still be in the drawing for the remainder of the Drawing?
Yes. Once your name is entered into the Drawing, it will continue to stay in the daily drawings to the exception if you have already won a prize.
If I win a prize or cash bonus, can I win again?
No. Ambassadors are limited to one prize (tangible prize or cash bonus).
Does my Personally Sponsored Ambassador have to order a Welcome Pack purchase
when they sign up for me to earn an entry?
Yes. You are eligible to receive a prize draw entry when your Personally Sponsored Ambassador purchases a Welcome Pack during the promotional period.
If a new Ambassador purchases a Welcome Pack outside the promotion period, am I eligible to be in the Drawing?
No. If a new Ambassador purchases a Welcome Pack before or after the incentive period, the sponsor will not receive an entry for the new Ambassador’s purchase.
Will my name be drawn for a particular prize or can I select to be drawn for a particular prize?
No. Names and prizes/cash will be drawn at random.
How will I know if I won one of the prize drawings?
Prize winners will be announced on the Plexus Ambassador Community Facebook Group via video every day at 3 p.m. EST with a Plexus Corporate Executive. A Congratulatory phone call to earners phone number(s) on file will also be made to confirm the mailing address if a prize is won or notify the earner of any cash earnings. When will I receive my Congratulatory phone call if I won a prize or a cash bonus?
Prize winners of gifts or cash will receive a Congratulatory phone call to their phone number(s) on file to confirm the mailing address within 72 hours of their prize earning on the Plexus Ambassador Community Facebook Group video.
If I qualified/am a prize winner, will I receive my prize?
The prize will be shipped out within 24 hours of the winner confirming their mailing address via the Congratulatory phone call. Prizes will NOT be ship to prize winners until their mailing address is confirmed.
If I qualified/am a cash bonus winner, will I receive my cash bonus?
Cash bonuses will be paid out by Friday, December 18, 2020.
How will I know if I earned the New Product?
Ambassadors who earned the New Product when 2 new Personally Sponsored purchased a Welcome Pack within the incentive period will receive a Congratulatory email to confirm the mailing address by December 17, 2020.
When will I receive my New Product if I qualified?
The Brand-New Product will be shipped out on or by December 29, 2020.
If an Ambassador does not like their earned gift, are they able to request a cash prize instead?
No. Ambassadors will not be able to exchange or return a won gift or cash earning.
What if the Brand-New product is damaged or missing when I receive it?
If a product is damaged, please contact Plexus Customer Service.
What if I won a prize or cash in the drawing but did not receive it?
Please contact Plexus Customer Service.

No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period. No returns, refunds, and exchanges of cash or gifts earned.

Ambassadors will continue to stay in the daily drawing once they entered. Ambassadors are limited to one prize. Prizes will be awarded by a draw to be made on each day from December 2 – December 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entrants. Winners will be notified on within 72 hours of their prize earning on the Plexus Ambassador Community Facebook Group video. Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Ambassador qualifying for this promotion. Anyone achieving the reward that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the payout. Re-entry accounts and upgrades will also be eligible for the promotion. Ambassadors within 6 month of conversion date from Ambassador to Customers will not count towards qualifications for this promotion. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify. Any Ambassador or Customer Lead(s) received as part of the Plexus Leads Program will not apply towards the enrollment promotion. For any personal activity after the Leads assignment date will count toward their upline.
