For Offer 2, will the Gift with Purchase (60-Day Joyōme Intensive Overnight Repair) be automatically added to the cart with a purchase of a Welcome Pack?
Yes. When a Welcome Pack is added to the cart, the Gift with Purchase (60-Day Joyōme Intensive Overnight Repair) will also be reflected in the cart at 0 USD.
Will the Gift with Purchase ship with the purchased Welcome Pack?
Yes, the Gift with Purchase will be included in the Welcome Pack shipment.
What if a new Ambassador purchased a Welcome Pack outside the promotion period, are they eligible for the Gift with Purchase?
No. If an Ambassador has already purchased a Welcome Pack, they are not eligible to receive the Gift with Purchase.
Will upgrades be eligible?
Yes, upgrades to Ambassador will also be able to purchase a Welcome Pack + Gift with Purchase. Re-entry accounts or inactive Ambassadors of 6 months or more that re-enroll will also be eligible to purchase a Welcome Pack with Gift with Purchase.

Can Ambassadors use the promo code?

How many times can the promotion code be used during the incentive?
The promotion code can only be applied to one (1) discretionary order during the promotion period.
Can promo codes be stacked?
No. Promotional based codes cannot be combined with any additional promo code-based offer.
What if the promo code will not apply the discount?

All credit card payments for Ambassadors and Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide™ and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period. Offer 2 – Gift with Purchase (60-Day Joyōme Intensive Overnight Repair) available while supplies last. Offer 3 – 20% off one (1) Discretionary Order for Retail Customers and Preferred Customer will apply to purchase subtotal before taxes and shipping. Promotional codes cannot be stacked.
Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Ambassador qualifying for this promotion. Anyone achieving the reward that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the payout. Re-entry accounts and upgrades will also be eligible for the promotion. Ambassadors within 6 month of conversion date from Ambassador to Customers will not count towards qualifications for this promotion. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify. Any Ambassador or Customer Lead(s) received as part of the Plexus Leads Program will not apply towards the enrollment promotion. For any personal activity after the Leads assignment date will count toward their upline.
