When is the incentive period?
The incentive period will begin on Tuesday, 1 December, 2020 at 12 a.m. USA EST and run until Tuesday, 15 December, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. USA EST.
How do I qualify to receive the Free Gift?
2 or more New Personally Sponsored Ambassadors must purchase a Welcome Pack by Tuesday, 15 December, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. USA EST.
How will I know if I earned the Free Gift?
Ambassadors who earned the Free Gift when 2 new Personally Sponsored purchased a Welcome Pack within the incentive period will receive a Congratulatory email to confirm the mailing address by 17 December, 2020.
When will I receive my Free Gift if I qualified?
The Free Gift will be shipped out on or by 29 December, 2020.
What if the Free Gift is damaged or missing when I receive it?
If a product is damaged, please contact Plexus Customer Service.
What if I won a prize or cash in the drawing but did not receive it?
Please contact Plexus Customer Service.
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period. No returns, refunds, and exchanges of Free Gift.

Offer valid from Tuesday, 1 December, 2020 at 12 a.m. USA EST to Tuesday, 15 December, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. USA EST. All credit card payments for Ambassadors and Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide® and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period.
Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Ambassador qualifying for this promotion. Anyone achieving the reward that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the payout. Re-entry accounts and upgrades will also be eligible for the promotion. Ambassadors within 6 month of conversion date from Ambassador to Customers will not count towards qualifications for this promotion. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify. Any Ambassador or Customer Lead(s) received as part of the Plexus Leads Program will not apply towards the enrollment promotion. For any personal activity after the Leads assignment date will count toward their upline.
