When and how will I be notified that I have become part of the Plexus Icon Club? | You will receive a congratulatory email once commissions close for the month you meet the minimum qualifications. Example: Will met the qualifications to become an Icon in October. He will receive a congratulatory email in November, once commissions have closed for October. |
Do I need to meet the requirements for the Icon Club each year? | Yes, to remain part of the Plexus ICON Club, you will need to meet the requirements each year. |

If a Brand Ambassador enrolls someone as a new Level 1 VIP Customer AND develops them into a Level 1 Senior Silver during the incentive period, would both actions qualify toward becoming part of the Icon Club? | Yes, this person would count as both a new Level 1 VIP/Retail Customer enrollment and a new Level 1 Senior Silver Brand Ambassador. |

If someone signs up as a Retail Customer, will it count as one of my ten Level 1 enrollments? | Yes, as long as they sign up within the incentive period and their order is 100PV or more, they will count as one of the ten Level 1 enrollments required for this incentive. |
If someone signs up as a Retail Customer during the incentive period, and then upgrades to a VIP Customer, will this count as two enrollments? | No, if they sign up as a Retail Customer during the incentive period, and then upgrade to a VIP Customer, this will only count as one new enrollment. NOTE: If they place an order as a Retail Customer in May and then upgrade to a VIP Customer during the incentive period with only a VIP Membership, this will not count toward this incentive unless they also place a qualifying order during the incentive period. |
Can any of the new VIP Customers from the Brand Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive? | No. All new VIP Customer sign-ups need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1. |
If a person signed up as a VIP Customer prior to the start of this incentive, but placed their initial order with PV during the incentive period, would they still count toward becoming part of the Icon Club? | Yes, as long as the person places a qualifying initial 100 PV+ purchase during the incentive period, they will count toward becoming part of the Icon Club. Example: If Jack signed up on April 1, 2025, but did not place an initial 100 PV+ order until June 1, 2025, or after, they would still count as an enrollment for the incentive. |
If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count toward becoming part of the Icon Club? | Yes, new enrollees in any of these countries would count as long as they meet the incentive qualifications. |
Can two orders be combined to equal the 100 PV+ minimum purchase requirement? | Yes, as long as both orders are placed in the same commission month. Example: Stanley signed up on July 1, 2025, placed a 50 PV order on July 15, and placed another 50 PV order on July 28. This would total 100 PV in the commission month of July and therefore count as a qualifying enrollment for July. |
If one of my ten new Level 1 VIP Customer enrollments makes a return or cancels their account, will I need to enroll another Level 1 VIP Customer to replace the enrollment? | If the return takes place in the same commission month and causes the order to drop below 100 PV, you will need an additional enrollment. Example: Beverly enrolls on June 10, and returns one of the products from the order on June 25, causing their order to drop below 100 PV, you will need an additional enrollment of 100 PV or more. |

Does someone have to become a brand-new Level 1 Senior Silver Brand Ambassador to count for this incentive, or would a Level 1 Senior Silver Brand Ambassador re-rank also qualify? | Only a Level 1 Brand Ambassador who reaches Senior Silver for the first time would count toward this incentive. A Brand Ambassador who re-ranks to Senior Silver would not qualify. |
If one of my Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassadors rank advances from Silver to Gold, will they still count as one of my new Level 1 Senior Silver Brand Ambassadors? | Yes, if one of your Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassadors rank advances from Silver directly to Gold for the first time during the incentive period, they will still count as one of your new Level 1 Senior Silver Brand Ambassadors. |

Personal Enrollments: No, compression will not apply. All personal enrollments must occur on your Level 1 to count. Sr. Silver Brand Ambassadors: Yes, compression will apply to your two new Senior Silver Brand Ambassadors. However, Sr. Silver qualifications will not be final until commissions close for the month. |

Is a code required to receive the free standard shipping? | No code is required for this benefit. When you become an Icon by December 31, 2025, you will receive free standard shipping when you add 150 USD or more in product to your discretionary or subscription orders. |
How long will I have free standard shipping? | You will receive free standard shipping on all discretionary and subscription orders of 150 USD or more through the end of 2026. |
Can I select free expedited shipping? | This benefit is only valid for free standard shipping. |
When I place my order, will it automatically default to standard shipping? | No, you must select standard shipping at checkout. |
How will I receive my tickets for Super Saturday 2026? | You will receive an email with a discount code and details regarding how to redeem your Super Saturday 2026 tickets once registration for the event has opened. |
If I have already purchased tickets for Convention or Super Saturday 2026, will I receive a refund for those tickets? | Refunds will not be given for Convention or Super Saturday 2026 tickets that have previously been purchased. If you have already purchased tickets, you will receive two additional tickets which can be used for family members, guests, or given to another Ambassador. |

Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for signups outside the incentive dates.
Rules and Regulations
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the incentive dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive, sign-ups on the reentry account will not count toward the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count toward sign-ups for the incentive.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the incentive period.
