What are the contest prize qualifications?
To be eligible to claim any prizes for Success Sprints, Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified each month of the contest period and also meet personal enrollment qualifications to unlock credit prize levels.

Success Sprint Q2 Prize Redemption Information and Details
Qualified Brand Ambassadors will receive a recognition email from Plexus congratulating them on their prize level/s. This email will highlight all prizes earned and additional action needed to redeem applicable prizes, via both Plexus and outside vendors.
Qualified Brand Ambassadors will be required to submit a redemption for each prize earned (Selfie Ring Light, iPad Pro, Wantable and Frock Box) through the respective vendor communication or website methods.
For those Qualified Brand Ambassadors in Australia/New Zealand, any issues with prizes, please reach out to Sinead, as prizes will be fulfilled locally.

What if a Brand Ambassador is not able to attend the Success in the Kitchen event, are they able to gift the prize to someone else?
If a Brand Ambassador is not able to attend the event, they can still view the event later, up to 30 days post the event. Please note: Brand Ambassadors must register for the event so they can receive their unique code to gain access into the event or view later.
What if I have not received my redemption email but I received a Recognition Email?
Please take the following Steps:
- Brand Ambassadors must be opted into email to be eligible and participate in incentives.
- Make sure a Recognition email was received from Plexus.
- Please check all spam and junk folders; search for the Subject line: Your Success Sprint prize is now available!
- If you have received a Recognition email listing your eligible prize redemption and still cannot find your redemption emails, you may reach out to customer support at email@example.com or a call 866-292-3065. They will be able to resend them their redemption email and/or help them redeem as well.
What happens if I earned the Dyson Super Supersonic Hair Dryer as my prize?
If you have earned the Dyson Supersonic Hair you'll be receiving a payout of $450 by July 30th, 2021.
Where does a Brand Ambassador look or who do they contact for tracking of the Best Buy Success Sprint Prize?
If they cannot locate or they are having issue with tracking or lost/stolen packages. They will need their order receipt and contact Best Buy.
How does a Brand Ambassador get the tracking information on the Best Buy Success Sprint Prize?
The tracking will be part of your order status from your order confirmation email. It updates as the order status changes, just like a standard retail order.

Wantable [USA Brand Ambassadors ONLY]
How do I redeem my Wantable prize?
For those Qualified Brand Ambassadors in USA qualifying for Wantable, they will take the following steps:
- Brand Ambassadors will receive a choice form to fill out from their Congratulatory email whether they want to redeem Wantable prize or cash payout value.
- If Brand Ambassador selected the Cash payout, they will receive in their Hyperwallet on or by July 30, 2021.
- If Brand Ambassador opted for the Wantable prize, they will receive a Prize Redemption email from Frock Box with providing the order details.
Order should be received within a couple weeks from placing order.

No exceptions will be made for previous enrollments or Customer orders outside the promotional dates. Upgrades will count towards Contest credits. Brand Ambassadors within 6 months of conversion date from Brand Ambassador to Customer will not count towards qualifications for this Contest. Must be outside of the 6-month period to qualify. Any Brand Ambassador or Customer Lead (s) received as part of the Plexus Leads Program will not apply towards the 2021 Contest. Credit for any personal activity after the Leads assignment date will count towards their upline.
Any returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this bonus. All credit card payments for Customers and Brand Ambassadors have to be in their own name and not that of another Brand Ambassador. Anyone achieving this bonus that is non-compliant with the Plexus policies and procedures will not receive the bonus. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. If we find your account to be fraudulent, we will charge back your account in the amount of the award.
