About the Plexus Engage App
The Plexus Engage App is an interactive tool for Ambassadors that allows them to
- grow their business
- communicate with their team, and
- send samples to potential customers and Ambassadors.
Availability of the App
Right now, the Plexus Engage App is only available to Ambassadors in the United States.
Note: The app is not available to customers.
Cost of the App
There is no cost to download the app.

Where to Download the App
You can download and install the Plexus Engage App from
- getplexusapp.com (type it into your Smartphone’s browser)
- Plexus store (search for Engage App)
- Google Play Store (for Androids), and
- Apple Store (for iPhones).
Logging in to the App
You use the same login credentials for the app as you do for your back office.
IMPORTANT: If you get a login error, validate your login at your back office to ensure it is the correct login.
Note: It is case sensitive so be deliberate when typing on a phone.

To access a Plexus Engage App Overview from the app, select
- the menu in the upper left corner (3 lines)
- Training, and
- Plexus Engage App Overview.
Note: There are also training videos available on the Share and Sampling features of the app
