Is there a limit on how much Té3™ a Brand Ambassador/Customer can order?
Yes, order quantity will be limited to 10 units per order.
How long will the Té3™ be available for purchase?
Té3™ will be sold as a limited time offer (LTO) promotion. The SKU will be "turned off" in Exigo when the cutoff amount is reached (10% remaining).
What if a Brand Ambassador/Customer receives a damaged product AFTER the SKU is turned off?
If a product is damaged, Brand Ambassadors and Customers can contact Plexus Customer Service for a replacement order.
What if a Brand Ambassador/Customer did not purchase Té3™ during the Promotion Period due to an error or special circumstance?
Please reference Article 1144 - Exceptions: Resolve or Request [Internal] for submitting an exception request on a Brand Ambassador/Customer's behalf.
Can other products be purchased with Té3™ on the same order?
Yes, other products can be added to the same discretionary order with Té3™.
Is Té3™ eligible for a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee refund?
Is there a Free Shipping Promo for U.S. Brand Ambassadors/Customers who purchase Té3™?
No. Brand Ambassadors and Customers will be responsible for paying the standard shipping costs.
Can Té3™ be purchased online?
No. This product may only be purchased by contacting Plexus Customer Service via phone. If a Brand Ambassador/Customer emails Customer Service wanting to purchase Té3™, agents will need to reach out via phone to the Brand Ambassador/Customer in order to place an order.
