|What are the contest prize qualifications?||To be eligible to claim any prizes for Success Sprints, Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified each month of the contest period and also meet personal enrollment qualifications to unlock credit prize levels.|

Success Sprint Q3 Prize Redemption Information and Details
Qualified Brand Ambassadors will receive a recognition email from Plexus congratulating them on their prize level (s). This email will highlight all prizes earned and any additional action needed to select applicable prize (s), via both Plexus and outside vendors.
Qualified Brand Ambassadors will be required to submit a prize selection form, sent via their Congratulatory email that indicates whether they would like to select a physical prize (s) or cash prize (s). For those Brand Ambassadors opting for a physical prize (s), a prize redemption email will be sent for the prize level (s) earned. It will contain a unique access code to redeem their prize (s) from a 3rd party vendor, Cultivate.

Success Sprint Q3 cash prizes were paid out via your Hyperwallet account on or before November 20th.

Who would a Brand Ambassador contact for tracking information for any Success Sprint Q3 Prize?
Once a Brand Ambassador places their order they will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their prize has been shipped.

Any team member will be happy to assist If they cannot locate or track their lost/stolen packages.
How does a Brand Ambassador get the tracking information on their physical Success Sprint Prize?
The tracking will be part of your order status from your order confirmation email. It updates as the order status changes, just like a standard retail order.
What do I do if my prize has any issues, is damaged or missing items?

If you are looking to exchange the prize you selected, this can be done by mail and will be accepted within 60 days of the date your gift was originally redeemed. Please ensure that the item (s) are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All returned items must be unaltered and included with the original packaging, including all tags the item was shipped with.
Watches, jewelry, apparel, sunglasses, OluKai, and Nike brand products are eligible for any exchange. However, luggage, electronics, housewares, and recreational and personal items (i.e. lotion and candles) are yours to keep unless damaged or defective.
Once your exchange is accepted and your gift has been picked up by the shipping carrier, you may be provided with a new code to redeem another gift or provided a variety of options to choose from. Please note that the variety of brands, styles, and colors may have changed since your initial order.
