What should I do if I want to convert to a VIP Customer but I just paid my Plexus Annual Membership fee of $39.95 USD?
If a Brand Ambassador decides to convert to a VIP Customer, they can request a partial refund of $20 USD on their $39.95 USD Plexus Annual Membership if it has processed within the prior 60 days.
When I click View Team for a particular Brand Ambassador, why do I see Preferred Customers and Ambassadors?
If a Brand Ambassador clicks View Team in my Points & Rank Up report, the information showing has not yet been updated to Brand Ambassador or VIP Customer. We are working to correct this as well as the Join Date sort feature.
Where do I find my VIP Customers?
You CAN easily find your newest VIP Customers in your Points and Rank Up report when sorting by Join Date. We are currently working on adding a New VIP Customer Report and updating the tile in your Virtual Office dashboard (currently displaying a count of New Brand Ambassadors) to show your VIP Customers and link to the New VIP Customer report.
Where is the contact info for my VIP Customers?

We’ve identified this as a display issue. Your total Points tally at the top of your Points and Rank Up report is accurate and includes these points, We are working to correct the display issue within the report data table.
