What is the TriPlex 48 Hour Access New Packaging?
We have recently announced Plexus Products will be undergoing a packaging upgrade. Starting on Tuesday, April 12, TriPlex Welcome Packs will begin to ship in new packaging! All other products will continue to ship in classic packaging until inventory is depleted. For 48 hours only, everyone has access to purchase TriPlex combos in new packaging! TriPlex combos in will arrive in classic packaging until the classic packaging is depleted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I put the early access new packaging TriPlex on a subscription?
The TriPlex 48 hour early access event is intended for one time purchase only. Do not add to a subscription order.
Is the product changing along with the new packaging?
No, changes to the product, just a new look and the same premium product!
Is there a limit to how many new packaged TriPlex Combos I can purchase?
No there is no limit to the number of TriPlex combos that can be purchased.
Can I add the new packaged TriPlex combo to my subscription order?
No, the new packaged TriPlex is only available for discretionary purchases.
If my credit card declines during the 48 hour sale, will I still be able to purchase this?
No orders will be taken outside of the early access period.
Can I add other products with the new Triplex packaged on the same order?
Yes other products can be added to the discretionary order with the newly packaged TriPlex. Additional products will arrive in classic packaging.
Can I purchase TriPlex combos in classic packaging during this 48 hour window?
Yes, TriPlex will also be able to be purchased in its classic packaging through the virtual office.
When can I expect my package to arrive?
Once your order is fulfilled, orders arrive within two business days.
If I have TriPlex on subscription that triggers during the 48 hour window, which packaging will I receive?
You will receive the classic packaging.
I placed a subscription for TriPlex120 in new packaging during the 48-hour early access sale. Will I continue to receive new packaging on my next subscription order?
There is no guarantee you will receive new packaging following your first order. Once we have depleted classic packaging inventory, you will receive new packaging.
