Plexus Products recently underwent a packaging upgrade. Starting 4/12/2022 TriPlex Welcome Packs, ship in new packaging! All other products continue to ship in classic packaging until inventory is depleted.
New packaging has been officially launched for TriPlex Welcome Packs only.

What this Means for Orders
These are frequently asked questions about how orders will be affected during the rollout.
|Subscription||If I start a TriPlex subscription will I receive new packaging?||
A TriPlex Welcome Pack order placed on subscription will continue to receive new packaging as long as that order is not altered in any way.
|Subscription||If I have an ongoing TriPlex subscription, will I receive new packaging?||
No. New packaging is available on Welcome Packs only.
|Combo||If I order a TriPlex Combo, will it arrive in new packaging?||

|Affected Products||What products will receive new packaging?||
All products excluding the Joyōme Skincare Line.
|TriPlex120||I placed a subscription for TriPlex120 in new packaging during the 48-hour early access sale. Will I continue to receive new packaging on my next subscription order?||
There is no guarantee you will receive new packaging following your first order. Once we have depleted classic packaging inventory, you will receive new packaging.
|International||Will international markets receive new packaging?||
Yes, more details will be announced soon.
|Product||Has there been a change to the products in the packaging?||
No, new packaging style, same premium products.
|Individual||If I order the products found within the TriPlex Welcome pack individually, will it arrive in new packaging?||
No, individually ordered Triplex products won't arrive in the new packaging.
|Price||Will there be a price increase with the packaging upgrade?||
No, there is no price increase.
|Exchanges||Can I return my classic packaged items for new packaged items?||
No, those exchanges cannot be accepted.
These are frequently asked questions about the properties of the new packaging.
|Recycling||Is the new packaging recyclable?||The lid on the canister is not recyclable. The canister itself is #1 PET plastic which is completely recyclable and is the most recycled plastic worldwide. Gusset bags containing sticks are 30% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled), meaning they are partially made from previously recycled items. Gusset bags containing powder are 20% PCR. This more sustainable packaging option is not recyclable, nor are the sticks inside the gusset bag.|
|Sealing||My canister lid is not sealed with an outer layer of plastic wrap (i.e., shrink-sleeve neck band). Should it be?||No. In efforts to keep our packaging more sustainable, lids will not have an outer layer of plastic wrap. However, all canisters do contain a tamper evident inner seal. These are meticulously inspected by quality control teams to ensure the product is completely sealed from the external environment.|
|Sealing||My product does not have cotton under the safety seal. Should it?||No. Decades ago, cotton balls were added bottles to keep pills from breaking apart during transportation. Advances in the strength of pill outer coating have deemed cotton unnecessary in most cases. Some companies choose to keep cotton simply because consumers have developed a false perceived value. We have chosen the environmentally friendly alternative and have removed cotton (where it is not necessary) to minimize waste.|
|Appearance||My bio cleanse jar looks slightly cloudy. Is that normal?||Yes, this is 100% to be expected. You may not have noticed this in our classic packaging because the white jar had a camouflage effect. No changes have been made to the Bio Cleanse formula. If you locate an open pill, this is not to be expected. Please call customer service to receive a new Bio Cleanse.|
|UV Light||Will the light that reaches product though the transparent packaging degrade the quality of the product?||No. Our canister features a UV-light inhibitor. This is a compound added to block UV rays that may degrade the product inside. We have conducted rigorous testing to ensure our new packaging has no negative impacts on the stability and quality of each product.|
|Shelf life||If my order comes in classic packaging does that mean the product inside is old?||No, not at all. Products arriving in the previous packaging are within their shelf life, as with any Plexus shipment.|
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for purchases outside the incentive period.
