Brand Ambassadors who refer 6 new Level 1 VIP Customers with a purchase of Welcome Pack $109 USD/$196.95 AUD or Retail Customers with $100 USD, or $133.20 AUD (before discounts, tax, and shipping) and upgrade one of the Level 1 VIP Customers to Brand Ambassador, will have a choice to earn ONE of the following:

What if a VIP $196.95 AUD or $109 USD / Retail Customer order was $133.20 AUD or $100 USD for NZ or more before discounts, tax, and shipping, but a discount then brought the total below $133.20 AUD or $100 USD for NZ, will they still be eligible for this incentive?
Yes, if the welcome pack is $196.95 AUD or $109 USD/ Retail order $133.20 AUD or $100 USD for NZ order is discounted, it will count as a qualifying enrollment for the incentive.
Will upgrades be eligible?
Upgrades will only be eligible if the customer upgrading did not previously have an order containing PV and upgrades with a Welcome Pack or $133.20 AUD or $100 USD for NZ order during the incentive period.
What if a new VIP Customer purchases a welcome pack outside the incentive period, are they eligible for this incentive?
No, if a VIP Customer purchases a welcome pack prior to May 1, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. US ET or after May 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. US ET they will not qualify.
How will a Brand Ambassador know if they qualified for Dyson Dilemma?
The congratulatory email will be sent out no later than 15 June 2022. Only Brand Ambassadors who are opted in for email communication will receive this email.
If a Brand Ambassador enrolls 12 or more new Level 1 VIP Customers with qualifying order during the month of May, do they qualify for a Dyson Dilemma?
No, this offer is not stackable and is capped at one bundle per Brand Ambassador.
Do all 6 new sign-ups need to come from the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1?
Yes, all new sign-ups need to be Personally Sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1.
Does VIP Customer upgrade need to come from NEW VIP Sign up in May?
No, any VIP customer upgrade will count towards the incentive.
When will the Brand Ambassador receive their choice of Dyson Dilemma if they qualify?
Brand Ambassadors who qualify will receive their Dyson Vacuum or Airwrap no later than Thursday, June 30th, 2022.
What if the Brand Ambassador did not receive their choice of Dyson Dilemma?
If the Brand Ambassador did not receive their choice of Dyson by Thursday, June 30, 2022, please contact Plexus Customer Service.

Can I qualify by splitting my newly sponsored VIP Customers between my primary account and my spousal account and/or my re-entry account?
No, all 6 new VIP's must come from the same account.
Do leads assignments count towards qualifying enrollments?
No, leads do not count towards qualifying enrollments.
