Ambassadors will see a Non-Cash payment for tax purposes but will not be paid out cash for the prize. They will receive a code equivalent for $50 Store Credit to use at the Convention Store/My Plexus Print. |

What are the contest prize qualifications? |
To be eligible to claim any prizes for Success Sprints, Sprint to Convention. Brand Ambassadors must register and attend the 2022 Ignite Convention. Brand Ambassador must also be commission qualified each month of the contest period and also meet personal enrollment qualifications to unlock credit prize levels. |

When will receive their $50 Convention credit received?
The Convention credit will be receive an email on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
How long do Brand Ambassadors have to use this credit?
The unique access code expires on December 31, 2022.
Will prizes be eligible to stack?
Yes. Brand Ambassadors will be able to earn multiple levels at their highest achieved credit prize level.
How will I know if I earned any prize levels for the contest?
Brand Ambassadors will receive an email confirmation regarding their final credits and prize(s) earned with additional information regarding their achieved prize(s) no later than April 22, 2022.
How will I receive the prizes I earned from the Success Sprints Q1 contest?
Brand Ambassadors must register and attend in-person the 2022 Convention to receive all in-person prizes. Those Brand Ambassadors who attend Convention virtually will not receive physical prizes; however, they will still receive cash prizes. For those Brand Ambassadors who earned Winners Dinner and Black Tie, and attend Convention virtually, there is no cash alternative.
When will I receive the cash prizes for Success Sprints Q1 contest?
All Q4 cash prizes earned will be paid out on or by Friday, April 22, 2022, for US Brand Ambassadors only via the Brand Ambassadors Hyperwallet.
Will I still receive the $50 Convention Experience Credit I earned if I do not attend the 2022 Ignite Convention?
Yes. Further communication will be sent regarding a link and code to shop online.
How will I receive the $50 Convention Experience Credit I earn, regardless of if I am attending Convention in person or virtually?
All Brand Ambassadors who earned the $50 Convention Experience Credit, regardless of attending Ignite Convention in person or virtually, will receive a email communication from Plexus with a link to our vendor, for My Plexus Print, with a access code, to shop all Plexus swag.
Will I receive a cash payout if I qualify for Winners Dinner but do not attend Convention?
For those Qualified Brand Ambassadors who choose to not attend 2022 Ignite Convention or does not complete registration, will not be financially compensated for Winners Dinner.
Will I receive a cash payout if I qualify for Black Tie Gala but do not attend Convention?
For those Qualified Brand Ambassadors who choose to not attend 2022 Ignite Convention or does not complete registration, will not be financially compensated for Black Tie Gala.
