Guests and Getting Registered

You can bring a guest as long as they are registered and pay the registration fee. Your guest can register the same way you did. |
| Traveling with Children: | Because seating is limited, and this is an educational training conference for business, we ask attendees to not bring children. Please note anyone attending any of the Convention events must be registered, registration fees are the same for all. |

The first month of the summer, June, is a warm month in Nashville, TN with average temperature varying between 87°F (26.°C) and 65°F (17.5°C). The event takes place indoors which tends to be cool. Make sure to pack accordingly. |
| Recommended Attire | What should I wear? |
We recommend business casual attire for the conference. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly so please bring a blazer or a sweater. More details on any special event attire will be made available closer to the event date. |

No, the registration kit is not available to be purchased. |
Changing or Canceling Registration
How to modify your registration:

| 3 | Once logged in, click the 'Modify Registration' button |
| 4 | Make modification as necessary. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each page to proceed |

Registration Cancellation Policy
After you register, if you are no longer able to attend in-person you can cancel your registration and receive a refund minus a $5.00 cancellation processing fee if you cancel by May 15, 2023, 11:59 PM PT. Refunds will not be processed past this deadline.
All cancellations must be made by you through the registration website following the steps below:
1. Click “Already Registered” from the event website
2. Enter your email and confirmation number to log in
3. Click “Unregister” to cancel your registration.
If you are not able to cancel your own registration your cancellation request must be received by May 15, 2023, 11:59 PM PT, no exceptions, and will be accepted in writing only to: events@plexusworldwide.com. Please include name, email, and confirmation number.
No shows for the event will not receive a refund.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
If my guest(s) are no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
If you purchases the You+2 ticket special, and your guests are no longer able to attend, refunds will not be offered.
Brand Ambassadors must be registered for Convention by April 30, 2023 and expected to attend the event to receive prizes.
Transferring Your Ticket
If you are no longer attending Convention but someone will be coming in your place, you can transfer your ticket by the deadline of May 15, 2023 (no exceptions to the deadline).
To transfer your ticket:

Deadline to Cancel:
If you are no longer attending Convention and no one is coming in your place, please cancel your event registration and your hotel and travel arrangements before the May 15, 2023, cancellation deadline.

Arrival Timing
Here are our recommendations for when to arrive and depart:

Depart the Convention on June 19th, 2023, so you don’t miss the final event on the night of June 18, 2023. There will be a Focus Group meeting on June 19, 2023, from 9:00am – 10:00am. There will also be a Diamond Breakfast on June 19, 2020, from 10:00am – 12:00pm. |
