Any Brand Ambassador who does not select their choice of smartwatch by Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. ET will forgo their watch choice during the prize selection period.
Brand Ambassadors can redeem their choice of smartwatch, by clicking on the link provided in their congrats email.
Please note that no changes can be made to your prize selection once the order is placed. No exceptions will be made.

Am I able to use my link more than once?
All links are a one-time use. Once they have been successfully redeemed, they cannot be used again.
Will I be able to change my address, shipping method, or prize selection after I place my order?
Should you have any questions you can call Best Buys Customer Support Line, however, once the order has been placed, shipping information and prize selection cannot be changed or updated as its already in processing for shipping.

Am I able to take my Apple Watch 7 to a Best Buy store to exchange it for the Apple Watch 8?
You may attempt to exchange your Apple 7 Watch for the Apple 8 Watch at a Best Buy store by presenting your Best Buy order number from the shipping label or store pick up receipt, but there is no guarantee that the store will allow an exchange or that the store will have Apple Watch 8 models in stock.
How long do I have to pick up my watch at a Best Buy store?
You will have 5 days to pick up your watch. If you do not pick up your watch during that timeframe, you will need to be issued a new link to select and redeem your watch.
Can my watch be shipped to a PO Box address?
No, you must provide an alternative address to which your watch can be shipped.
