Viewing a Downline Brand Ambassador's Team
If you are a Brand Ambassador, you can view your downline Brand Ambassador's teams, active Brand Ambassadors, new Brand Ambassadors, current points, Personal Volume, and next rank up.
To view your downline team:
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Go to: Virtual Office > Points & Rank tile. |
| 2 | Click + (next to the desired Brand Ambassador's name). |
| 3 | Click View Team to display their Individual Genealogy. |
Note: Brand Ambassadors can only view levels of their organization for which they receive compensation at their rank. For example:
- A Senior Brand Ambassador will be able to see levels 1-3,
- A Silver Brand Ambassador will be able to see levels 1-5, and
- A new Brand Ambassador who has added been to her/his team will not be able to see any of their downline until the following month and their rank changes to that new level.
