Those who qualify for Diamond Destination will receive the following:
- Invitation to Diamond Destination 2026 for Brand Ambassador and one guest from September 17-20, 2026.
- Reimbursement for roundtrip airfare to Cancun International Airport (CUN) for Brand Ambassador and one guest up to 2,250 USD per ticket. Any additional fees or tickets above the allotted amount will be at the qualifier’s expense. (Receipts must be submitted to Plexus during the registration process to receive reimbursement.)
- One room for Brand Ambassador and a guest at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba from September 12-20, 2026.
- Transportation from Cancun International Airport to Banyan Tree Mayakoba on September 12, 2026.
- Invitation for Brand Ambassador and one guest to the Welcome Party and Farewell Party.
- Invitation for Brand Ambassador to General Session.
- Reserved seating at Convention for Brand Ambassador and one guest.
First Time Earners:
Those who have earned Diamond Destination for the first time will receive an invitation to the New Jewel Rank Earners Reception.

| What if I earn Diamond Destination and choose not to attend? Will I receive a cash payout equivalent to the total value of the trip? | No cash alternatives will be issued and the trip is non-transferable. You must be registered, present, and checked in at the event to receive everything included on the trip. Any prizes or perks you would have received at Diamond Destination will be automatically forfeited if you do not attend. |
| What if I have an extenuating circumstance that does not allow me to attend Diamond Destination? | Those who cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances may submit an exceptions request, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Extenuating circumstances include military deployment, pregnancy, death in the family, or severe illness. Those who are granted an exception will receive a one-time total payment of 500 USD. |
| Am I able to take a guest with me to Diamond Destination? | Yes, Brand Ambassadors who qualified for the trip are permitted to bring one guest. |
| Can I bring an additional guest? | Additional guests will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis depending on capacity. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room (either 3 adults and 1 child, OR 2 adults and 2 children). There will be an additional charge of 100 USD plus applicable taxes (16% VAT + 5% lodging), and Service Charge (15%), per night. There is no charge for children under 13 years old. |
| What happens if I have earned Diamond Destination but do not have a valid passport? | If you do not have a valid passport to travel, you will need to obtain one to attend the trip. Passports must be valid until at least March 20, 2027. |

| How much is my reimbursement allowance for air travel? |
Qualifiers are responsible for booking their flights through an airline or booking agent of their choice. Diamond Destination qualifiers will receive a reimbursement allowance of up to 2,250 USD per ticket toward a round-trip ticket for the qualifier and one guest. (Total reimbursement amount is up to 4,500 USD). Any additional fees or tickets above the allotted amount will be at the qualifier's expense. Qualifiers will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles used. A reimbursable round-trip ticket is defined as one round-trip ticket from the qualifier's home city airport to Cancun International Airport (CUN) airport for the qualifier and one guest. |

No exceptions will be made for Jewel rank achievements outside of the specified dates.
Rules and Regulations
To qualify for Diamond Destination 2026, Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified each month of the qualification period (August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026). Brand Ambassadors must have a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Passport must not expire within 6 months of trip dates, which is March 20, 2027.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador and/or VIP Customers qualifying for this contest. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period.
To qualify for Diamond Destination 2026, Brand Ambassadors must meet these additional requirements:
- (i) Be commission qualified each month of the qualification period (August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026)
- (ii) Have a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Passport must not expire within 6 months of travel dates and must be valid until at least March 20, 2027.

Open to all Brand Ambassadors who are legal residents of the 50 United States (Including District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of the Contest.
