The top 5 Jewels who generate the highest total Development Bonus deposits in the month of January, by developing new Silvers and Sr. Silvers on their levels 1-4, will receive an invitation to participate. Qualification Period
The qualification periods will be based on a calendar month.
January 1. 2026 – January 31, 2026
Prize
The top 5 qualifiers will be invited to book a 3-night Team Retreat Training Experience in April or May, including a visit to Plexus Home Office (and transportation to/from Plexus HQ), a structured itinerary with exclusive training sessions, team-building activities, daily breakfast and lunch, a tour of Plexus Home Office, and interaction with corporate leadership. Team Retreats for the Pilot Program will be housed at select rental properties based on availability.
Earner/Attendee Responsibility
- Travel costs (airfare, transportation to/from airport)
- Any transportation/food/beverage outside of scheduled itinerary and meals
Timing
The Team Retreat Training Experiences will be booked by the corporate team depending on earner availability. If an earner is not able to schedule a team retreat in April or May, Plexus will move to the next person on the qualifier list. Bookings will have at least one full day of the schedule fall on a weekday which Plexus HQ is open (cannot be booked to arrive on Friday and leave on Monday)
- January 2026 – qualification period
- February 13th, 2026 – earners notified
- February 28th, 2026 – deadline to book retreat dates. Qualifiers will be contacted by the Ambassador Experience team to book their dates.
- April/May 2026 – Team Retreat Training Experiences take place.
How to Qualify
In order to qualify for this Program, Brand Ambassadors must:
- Be a qualified Brand Jewel Brand Ambassador in Good Standing[1] in accordance with the Plexus Brand Ambassador Agreement and Policies and Procedures throughout the Program Period;
- Have your Plexus Annual Membership paid and current;
- Be commission qualified[2]; and
- Be a paid-as rank of Emerald, Sapphire, or Diamond Brand Ambassador (collectively known as Jewels) during the Program Period.[3]
- Be one of the top 5 Jewels who earns the highest total Quarterly Development Bonus (https://helpcenter.plexusworldwide.com/hc/en-us/articles/44735081197339-2026-Development-Bonus) deposits for the month of January. These deposits are earned by being a qualified Brand Ambassador, developing first-time (new) Silver and Sr. Silver rank-ups during the Program Period in their compressed levels 1-4.
- Any ties will be broken by the total number of new Silvers and Sr. Silvers developed on the Jewel’s levels 1-4 during January.
- If multiple Jewel qualifiers are from the same organization and within 4 compressed levels of each other, they will be combined to partner on one retreat booking.
- The top 5 Jewels will receive a Team Retreat Training Experiences for themselves and their team (up to 19 guests) will be booked by the corporate team depending on earner availability. First choice of dates will be given to the top qualifier, then the 2nd place qualifier, then the third place qualifier, then the fourth place qualifier, lastly the fifth place qualifier. If an earner is unable to schedule a team retreat in the available dates, Plexus will move to the next person on the qualifier list.
- There are no cash/prize alternatives.
- Deadline to book retreat dates – February 28th, 2026.
- Team retreats will have a minimum of 12 and maximum of 20 attendees (including the earner)
- Attendees must be ranked Sr. Silver or above
[1] Good Standing is defined to mean the following: 1) you have acknowledged and agreed to the Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures; and ii) you are not in violation of the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures.
[2] Commission qualified is defined as: i) having your Plexus Annual Membership paid and current; ii) having at least 100 Personal Volume (PV) through the monthly cycle end date.
[3] As an Emerald, Sapphire, or Diamond Brand Ambassador, you must be a Qualified Brand Ambassador, have at least six personally sponsored VIP Customers and/or Qualified Brand Ambassadors with 100 PV or more; and you must have 1500 or more Plexus Points in your organization, with 375 of those points coming from outside your Primary Leg to qualify as an Emerald. We encourage you to invite a mixture of ranks and people who have not been to Plexus HQ before, but aside from the minimum rank the attendees are at your discretion for the best team results. |
| What if my team can’t come in the available dates in April or May? | We will move to the next-highest qualifier on the list. There are no cash alternatives or date alternatives. |
| How long will I have to book my dates? | First choice of dates will be given to the top qualifier, then the 2nd place qualifier, then the third place qualifier, then the fourth place qualifier, lastly the fifth place qualifier. If an earner is unable to schedule a team retreat in the available dates, Plexus will move to the next person on the qualifier list. Each earner will have 3 days to choose their dates from the available list before we reach out to the next qualifier. If dates are not selected by February 25th by the top 5 qualifiers, we will begin inviting the next qualifiers on the list. |
