How the Program Works:
Existing VIP Customers and Brand Ambassadors can get rewarded by processing consecutive monthly subscriptions starting in March, they will enjoy free products every 3 months.
| Month 1: | Process a subscription of 100 PV or more to become eligible for Loyalty Rewards. |
| Month 3: | Receive a Free Active Variety Pack with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
| Month 6: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
| Month 9: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
| Month 12: | Receive a Free Product with your subscription order of 100 PV or more. |
In addition, when you have a subscription of 100PV or more process in both March and April 2026, you will receive Plexus Favorites in your April subscription order.

She processes her second consecutive subscription of 135PV on May 28, 2026, and her third consecutive subscription order of 135PV on June 28, 2026. The Active Variety Pack will ship with this order. |

| What happens if I cancel my subscription, or skip a month? | You are no longer eligible for the rewards for that month. To continue participating in Loyalty Rewards, you will need to have a qualifying subscription of 100PV or more . This order will reset your Loyalty Rewards program status and count as your new Month 1. Example: Stephani has a subscription order of 125PV on April 17, 2026, and becomes eligible for Loyalty Rewards. She processes a second subscription order of 135PV on May 17, 2026. She cancels her subscription for June, so she will not qualify for the free Active Variety Pack for month 3. She sets up a new subscription of 115PV for July 5, and that subscription is now Month 1 for her Loyalty Rewards. |
| Can multiple subscription orders in the month be combined to reach the 100PV minimum? |
Yes, as long as both subscription orders are placed in the same commission month. Example: Angelina had a subscription order of 50PV process on April 10, 2026, and another subscription order of 50PV processes on April 25, 2026. This would total the qualifying 100PV subscription requirement for the month. |
| What do I get in Month 4? | You will receive a free product every 3 months when you process consecutive monthly subscriptions of 100 PV or more. You will not receive a product in month 4, but will continue participating in the Loyalty Rewards program when you stay consistent with a qualifying subscription. |
