- Melatonin - Melatonin belongs to a family of neurotransmitters and is primarily produced by the brain in the pineal gland and secreted into the blood. However, it can also be taken orally to support sleep. Melatonin plays a role in synchronizing the internal hormonal environment to the light dark cycle of the external environment and helps control circadian rhythms.
- FOS - Fructo-oligosaccharides is a prebiotic that occurs naturally in several plants such as asparagus, wheat, Jerusalem artichokes, and rye. It is composed of a mixture of oligosaccharides consisting of glucose linked to fructose that is indigestible by human digestive enzymes.
