How do I request a Correction of Sponsor?
It is occasionally necessary for Plexus Account Holders (Customers and Ambassadors) to make corrections to their Sponsor for certain approved reasons. The Sponsor Correction process is in place for those account holders who may have experienced an error during the enrollment process.
Please be aware: Plexus has a responsibility to maintain the integrity of established downline organizations. As such, if you are an Ambassador, a Sponsor Correction may not be feasible and generally will not be allowed. Requests will be carefully reviewed, and the company reserves complete discretion to allow or disallow any proposed correction; a correction will be considered if an error occurred during the enrollment process and you were placed under the wrong sponsor.
To request a correction, follow the steps below.
For Customers to Request a Correction:
- To request a correction of Sponsor, fill out the Sponsor Correction Request form with the name of the Ambassador/Sponsor you are requesting. (The information provided on the form must match the information listed on the account requesting a sponsor correction.)
- Please keep in mind that updating your Sponsor will only count for orders placed within 30 days of the date the Sponsor Correction has been completed.
For Ambassadors to Request a Correction:

These requests are reviewed and processed in the order received. A member of our Compliance department will reach out to you shortly. Please keep in mind, these requests will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
How long does Plexus Headquarters take to process:
An Ambassador correction for a customer? or
A Sponsor correction for an Ambassador?
Typically, these requests are completed within 1 business day.
However, due to system limitations, Plexus HQ is not able to process these requests between the 1st and 15th of each month. Requests will be collected and processed in the order they're received, as soon as the monthly system processing freeze is lifted. The request will not be visible in the Ambassador’s back office until after the 15th of the month.
Keep in mind: Sponsor Correction Requests submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month may process by the 11th in the order received and based on Compliance approval. Updating a Sponsor will only count for orders placed within 30 days of the date the Sponsor Correction was completed.
