The Plexus Leads Program automatically places Plexus Account Holders (Customers and Ambassadors) that do not have a Sponsor into an established downline that will allow them to benefit from leadership and support of a qualified Senior Ruby Ambassador.
Qualifications for the Plexus Leads Program
The Plexus Leads Program is for qualifying Senior Ruby Ambassadors only. To qualify, Senior Ruby MUST have the following qualifications:
- Be a Senior Ruby with a minimum paid rank of Senior Gold within the last two calendar months, not including the current month.
- Have an active monthly subscription order of 100 PV or more.
- Personally sponsor at least one new Preferred Customer, within the past 6 months, who has an active subscription orders (no minimum PV required).
- Personally sponsor at least one new Ambassador, within the past 6 months, who has an active subscription orders (no minimum PV required).
All requirements must be met by the Senior Ruby Ambassador to qualify for the Leads Program.
Reassigning the unassigned account holders to new Sponsors
An automated leads assignment process is in place.
There is a waiting period of one week before a Lead is reassigned to allow for any Sponsor corrections to be made.
The new Sponsor will be notified by email and the new Lead account will show in the Virtual Office dashboards of the Sponsors account.
The above qualifications must be met prior to participating in this program.

Can you give me more details of the Plexus Leads Program?
Periodically someone will enroll without a Sponsor. These unassigned Customers and Ambassadors are called "Leads". Through the Leads Program, they are assigned to a qualified Sponsor, so they can receive the support they need as they become familiar with Plexus.
Who can receive Leads?
Qualified Sr. Ruby Ambassadors will receive Leads twice a month or less, depending on the amount of Leads we have at the time.
What happens if an account holder meant to sign up under a specific sponsor, but is accidentally listed under the Corporate Leads Account and gets reassigned to a new Leads Program sponsor?
If someone accidentally signs up under the Corporate Leads Account, instead of their intended sponsor, and later is assigned to a new Sponsor through the Leads Program, then the account holder will need to read Help Center Article # 0942 - Sponsor Correction Request and fill out the Sponsor Correction Form. Please notify Plexus of the error as quickly as possible.
