Important COVID-19 Update, May 1: In line with the Covid-19 social distancing recommendations, the Plexus Product Store is currently closed until further notice. All existing will-call subscription orders have been converted to the ship fulfillment method. An email communication was sent to all Ambassadors and customers who had an active will-call subscription to explain the change. When the Product Store opens again in the future, we will again make the pick up fulfillment method available for orders.
The Product Store is located inside the Plexus Worldwide® headquarters at the front of the building.

What can visitors purchase in the Product Store?
The Product Store holds all US products and Plexus apparel.
All Preferred Customers, Retail Customers and Ambassadors may pre-purchase products online or in store with a Product Store representative.

Can friends and family pick up items on an Ambassador or customer’s behalf?
Yes. Friends and family can pick up a pre-placed order soon after the order is accepted. Please provide the friend or family member who is picking up the order with the Order Number for an easy pick up!

Plexus loves having Ambassadors and customers visit and tour our corporate offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. Tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
