Know if you've won:	Winners names are announced on the social media page.
Be able to claim your prize:	If you won on Facebook, you will need to send a Facebook Direct Message to the Plexus Worldwide Facebook account. If you won on Instagram, the Social Media team will reaches out to you via direct message.
Know when your prize will be delivered:	A direct message is sent to you with tracking information.
Having trouble getting in contact with the Social Media team	Email socialmedia@plexusworldwide.com with your name, phone number, and mailing address.
