To find information regarding your order, you will first need to locate the orders in your account. Once you locate your order, you will see the current "status" for your order, which tells you its current stage of processing. If the order has shipped, there will be tracking information available to you.
Locating Your Order History
To locate your order history:
|1.||Sign into your account at Plexusworldwide.com/home.|
|2.||Hover over your initials in the top right hand corner.|
|3.||Click My Account.|
Click My Orders in the menu bar to the left.
Note: Your last 100 orders will display.
Order Status Definitions
Here is the meaning of each potential order status:
|Pending/Incomplete||Your order will be in this status the moment you place an order. If your order has been in this status for more than 24 hours, contact Customer Service (allow 48 hours during the last 2 days of the month, due to high volumes of orders).|
Your order contains products being fulfilled out of two locations. Once one part of the order is fulfilled, it will put the order in a "pending inventory" status until the remaining order is fulfilled, which will be marked as "shipped". The order will have two tracking numbers.
|CC Pending||Your order's payment has not been processed yet. No action is required on your end. This status will change once payment is approved.|
|CC Decline||Your order's payment was declined. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.|
|Accepted||Your order has been paid and will be shipped soon. If your order has been in this status for more than 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.|
|Printed||Your order is currently being fulfilled by our warehouse and will be shipped soon.|
|Fulfilling||Your order has been pushed to our secondary system to be shipped. Your order is in the process of shipping or has already shipped and the tracking number has not yet been updated.|
Your order was shipped; tracking number is available in My Account.
Note: Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order is shipped.
If 7 business days have passed, you may request your order status form Plexus Customer Service by submitting the Order Status Request Form
|Cancelled||Your order was cancelled. Please contact Customer Service for further details.|
To track your order:
|1.||Go to your My Orders page.|
|2.||Locate the order you would like to track.|
Click Track Order.
Note: Only orders that show a Status: Complete, will have tracking information.
A new screen will open with your tracking # and tracking updates.
