Fulfillment Requirement
Payments must be processed and “Complete” to begin fulfillment. It is only once fulfillment is complete that the product is shipped for delivery.
IMPORTANT: If the payment is held up for any reason, fulfillment will not occur until it is resolved.
Note: PayPal payments take 24-48 hours to process.

Once a payment is processed as “Complete”, the order fulfillment and shipping times in the table below apply.
Weekends and Holidays:
Any order placed on a weekend or holiday will begin the fulfillment process on the next business day.

Note: Plexus uses UPS when expedited service is selected by the Customer or Brand Ambassador.
Shipping Changes to Existing Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited.

Plexus has warehouses in Canada, Australia and Mexico and products that are licensed in those countries are fulfilled from the warehouses in those countries. Plexus ships products that are not licensed in these countries from our corporate warehouse. Customers should expect their deliveries from our US Warehouse within 7-10 business days from fulfillment.
IMPORTANT: While Brand Ambassadors can order products and ship them to another country, be advised that Plexus only covers shipping to the Purchaser. Plexus will not cover any loss during transit or customs.
