Shipping Cost Update Beginning October 1, 2023:
Flat Rate Shipping will be available for the US. Where you are used to seeing Economy and Ground Shipping, you will now see Standard Shipping.

In that spirit, we are enhancing some of our shipping procedures to ensure you always receive your packages on time. These enhancements include:
- Orders placed by 12 p.m. noon are shipped the same day
- New distribution centers to shorten shipping times
- Continued research into additional transportation options

With a nationwide surge in online ordering, our carriers are experiencing extraordinary demand. While we are shipping on time, our partner carriers are experiencing in-transit delays due to staffing and other logistical changes.

Note: Potential service disruption may not affect FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, FedEx Office, and so on the same. This may result in different levels of impact as well as cities, states, and ZIP codes are serviced to the best of their ability.
Recommended Shipment Address
IMPORTANT: If your shipping address is a business location, update your delivery information.
Rationale: Due to the impact of the Corona Virus, postal carriers are not delivering to many business addresses.
Selection of Carriers
The choice of carriers is not an option.
Note: Plexus uses UPS when expedited service is selected by the Customer or Brand Ambassador.
Payments must be processed and “Complete” to begin fulfillment. It is only once fulfillment is complete that the product is shipped for delivery.
IMPORTANT: If the payment is held up for any reason, fulfillment will not occur until it is resolved.
Note: PayPal payments take 24-48 hours to process.
Shipping Options and Timeframes
Once a payment processes as “Complete”, the order fulfillment and shipping times in the table below apply.
Weekends and Holidays:
Any order placed on a weekend or holiday will begin the fulfillment process on the next business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Other U.S. Territories:
Shipments go through a process to ensure delivery within 5-7 business days.

IMPORTANT: While Brand Ambassadors can order products and ship them to another country, be advised that Plexus only covers shipping to the Purchaser. Plexus will not cover any loss during transit or customs.
Shipping Changes to Existing Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited.
